This two story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome is located in Regal Oaks: the perfect location for your next Orlando getaway. Situated right behind Old Town with Fun Spot right next door, entertainment abounds. Take a stroll down the brick lined street of Old Town and wander into one of the specialty shops or stop by one of the weekly Car Cruises that feature cars from many different decades. Then go next door to Fun Spot where you will find exciting rides for the thrill seekers in your family. Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks, or soaking up some sun poolside, Regal Oaks offers a Resort Experience with all the comforts of home.

This townhome features a King Master with ensuite and two additional bedrooms upstairs, both with twin beds that share common bathroom. Downstairs you will find a fourth bedroom with a full bed, a full bath, and a laundry room. The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area.

Decent Property

This property was a decent property for the amount of time we were there. The only real downfall is that the kitchen is advertised as "fully modern", which it is not. The stove is outdated and is an electric stove, with the coiled burners. The burners did not stay in place and it made it a bit difficult for cooking. Also, we were not informed that the security gate code had changed, however, the property management remedied that immediately. Overall, it was a great property for the short amount of time we were there. It was clean & comfortable and the pool area was great!

Best value for the money

Been travelling from the UK to Florida for the last ten years. We always book a villa for our holiday, and by far this has been the best villa for the price we have stayed in. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend
