Great place to stay 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean.My grandkids enjoyed having their own pool and there was plenty of space for all of us to stay very nice place. I would highly recommend.

Great House, close to a lot. You can walk to a beach or go to the busier part of town which is only maybe five blocks away. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, kitchen was stocked dining room table fit everyone, comfortable couches and smooth communication with the host. Would totally recommend.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the pool after short walk to eat tacos. House is clean and equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of beach equipment however we only stayed one night prior to our cruise.

The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We had an issue where the room in the back was extremely hot (it seemed like the AC wasn’t cooling it) and they came to the house and installed an in window air conditioner, which really helped the temperature. Overall, the house was clean (with the exception of some minor details), but has shown some signs of age. There were some issues with the hot water going from hot to warm in the shower. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, and pans.The location was great and close to restaurants on the beach, and again I really appreciated the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts.

We loved this property for our mini vacation. Cocoa Beach is an adorable town with lots to do. We truly appreciated having a wide assortment of beach equipment for us to use during our stay. The screened in patio with pool was also enjoyable when we had enough of the beach. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Even though we didn't cook at all, had we wanted to, we absolutely could have. I would recommend this property with no hesitation!

Everything was great! We wish we had it for more time to enjoy the pool and the location. We were able to walk to the beach in a couple minutes and the shops and restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away walking. The host was very friendly and quick on the responses. Will book again in the future.

My group stayed one night prior to a cruise out of Port Canaveral; we had an excellent stay and everything was as described. We didn't have time to use the pool but we enjoyed the outdoor area and all slept comfortably. The walk to the beach contains sidewalks was short enough that my 75 year old mother was able to walk it. We would love to stay again!

It was just as pictured. We just stayed for 1 night because we were going on a cruise. We walked to the beach and then walked to dinner. The pool was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Palm Paradise was exactly as described, fantastic location and close to everything that we enjoy about visiting Cocoa Beach. It took usess than a 5 minute walk for us to go to the beach and walking to downtown to visit our favorite shops was easy peasy. The pool was fantastic abs well appreciated. If you want a pleasant stay, easy to deal with owners and a great location, please do yourself a favor and book Palm Paradise!
