Place has a great view! Because the kitchen is not traditional, it would be helpful if the hosts provided a small binder re: where things are.... and what many hosts do - restaurant recommendations, etc. Bathroom is tiny, with very little space to set toiletries on.The view makes this place... price is quite high, though.

The apartment is charming, comfortable, and has a view. I was in town for a conference and wished I had more time to just enjoy being there. It’s awesome to have parking included. I was able to leave my vehicle there and walk to the conference at the Dena’ina Center. 10/10 would recommend. Note there is a few steps you need to get up from parking lot to access hallway and elevator.
