Our family had a wonderful week's stay at Villa Capriani, and we would absolutely stay again in the future! Listing is just as it is in the photos. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Spent lots of time at the awesome pools. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at n a rental. All pots/pans were of high quality. It appears that the place was recently renovated and was very tastefully decorated. Will definitely stay here again. The pools and outdoor amenities were awesome.

Our stay at Villa Capriani in Topsail, NC was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, well-maintained grounds, and relaxing, resort-style atmosphere. The pool area is a dream – multiple pools, hot tubs, and a perfect spot to unwind with the sound of the ocean in the background.The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The beach is just steps away, and it’s clean, quiet, and perfect for long walks or catching sunrise.Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or just a relaxing escape, Villa Capriani is the perfect spot. Overall everything was good. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Balcony was not swept off when we arrived. Dryer made an awful squeaking noise when drying clothes. Contacted rental company and they were quick to schedule a repairman. Toaster was listed in items in condo but could not find one. Bought one and left it for the next family to enjoy. Wish condo had more electrical outlets. Wish refrigerator had ice maker. Overall very nice condo.
