About this property

Spend August in Hermosa Beach, CA! Minimum 30 night stay

The space
Charming cottage with beautiful backyard, 15 minutes walk to the beach and downtown Hermosa with its attractive shops, restaurants and bars.

In the heart of the South Bay, adjacent to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach.
30 minutes to Santa Monica, 45 minutes to Beverly Hills by car.

Balcony, living room, step-up dining room, bedroom, bedroom/office, hardwood floors, oriental carpets. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom has French doors opening out to the verdant garden with its very own orange tree and many flowers. Nice sitting area in the garden with fire pit and lamp heater. Feels like a living room.

Ava Avenue is a cul-de sac, so there is very little traffic. All the neighbors know each other. We have yearly block parties for the 4th of July and Labor Day.

We are one street up from the "Greenbelt" which is a beautifully landscaped wide path running through Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. Residents jog and walk their dogs there.
