Very close to everything in Rehoboth. The host was very prompt to answer questions/concerns. The neighborhood was nice, people very friendly, pool was close and very nice. The house had many extras, which were very appreciated, coffee, spices, dishwasher detergent, tablets, tons of extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sandwich bags, etc.... bedrooms are large and mattresses very comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Rehoboth.

This is a great house in a great location. We loved how easy it was to get to either Lewes or Rehoboth. We enjoyed the pool, and we really appreciated how well stocked the house was with essentials.

Colgate Cottage was exactly as described in the listing. We appreciated the cleanliness and the communication with the owner. Colgate Cottage had everything we needed for our four-night stay in Rehoboth. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog. There is a yard available for dog-walking, and the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to everything Rehoboth has to offer. There is a deck on the back with a grill. Because it was so hot when we were in Rehoboth, we did not use the deck, but it is nice feature to have available. We will definitely stay in Colgate Cottage again!

The house was lovely and just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. We did use the community pool once and that was quite nice, too. The house is convenietly located near everything we needed--grocery store, gas station, liquor store and restaurants.

Great Place to Stay!

The house was perfect for us because it was a single story house. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and had all the amenities we needed (lots of towels, extra toilet paper/paper towels, food storage bags, coffee and filters, etc…). The back porch was very lovely to it on in the mornings, even in July because of the awning which provided shade. Liz was a wonderful host who communicated very well and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. We would definitely come stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Colgate Cottage. The property was neat, clean and spacious. The pool was a nice plus to have access to especially during a hot week. Shops and restaurants are close by too. Would recommend staying here.

House was perfect for our weekend getaway, family of six. Location was great although it does get busy on the way to the beach. Everything needed is close by and the house was well stocked. Liz was a fantastic host with great communication.
