Hello, The house was ok. The first problem was the boric acid in the draws in the living room. My granddaughter 2 years old open that draw and put some in her mouth. She got a littlie sick from. There where roaches seen in the house also. The garage door was manually should be updated to electric. Also I stayed in the master downstairs need a door at the entrance of the bathroom not just the tolet. Also upon arrival the AC was not working. The came fast to repair it. I would give it a five out of 10
The house was amazing, huge space, clean and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Was exactly what we needed and more than we expected. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay with family while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The drive to the convention center was not difficult and with traffic took approximately 30 min. The neighborhood felt safe and the community pool was nice for small children. Lots of seating. The home lacked basic amenities like a toaster, pot holders, pizza cutter, enough silverware for the number of people it is supposed to accommodate. We came in June and that may be bug season, but the kitchen and patio had powdered bug killer almost everywhere which is concerning with small children, walking around barefoot, and using dishes and silverware with bug killer in the drawers, on shelves, and in cabinets. Helpful Hint: There are two gated entrances. If your GPS takes you to the gate without a 24 hour guard on duty the gate code in the email will not work. The guard will ask for proof of rental, give you a parking pass to be displayed in your car, and then opens the gate.

The house was overall clean however it had ROACHES everywhere! Contacted the host immediately & asked to be moved to another house available in the area or for a refund as we did not want to take any bugs home from vacation! The host did nothing and claimed they could not reach the owner the entire duration of the stay! The pool was dirty, wifi was hard to access due to incorrect spelling sent to us. My birthday trip was spent killing roaches and making sure they did not get into our things! Unfortunately, as soon as we got home with our food we sat it on the counter to wash our hands and within seconds of looking away 2 roaches had already got inside and been all over our food! I am extremely unpleased with this company/host and the home owner as well for displaying false information on the booking details! I still would like my refund and if not in full partial for the carelessness given to us by Grand Welcome Orlando!
I'll start with the positives: Excellent, big villa in a nice, quiet area. Near all Disney and Universal parks. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was quite small but big enough to cool off in after a day at the parks. Grass and trees out the back so were visited by some deer, racoons, lizards and lots of different birds. The negatives (although these are more suggestions rather than anything to put us off staying here again)We came back from a park on day 2 and found the upstairs air con wasn't working. A quick message to the host and it was fixed the next day. It was fine for the rest of the stay. The WiFi info provided isn't correct but we found the router that was plugged in and the password on the back of it works.Visiting from the UK we would have liked an electric kettle. Could do with some more cutlery and mugs. Only 4 spoons and no tea spoons which meant if having cereal and making tea/coffee you had to use the same spoon for both. The master downstairs bedroom could do with a door in the bathroom. There was a lot of banging noise from the drain in the bathroom which was quite disturbing throughout the night and a door to block this noise maybe would have helped. This looks like a lot of negativity but we had a great stay and would recommend this villa to anyone. I loved sitting out in the morning by the pool having breakfast watching the wildlife. The villa is much bigger than the photos suggest.
The House its self was great!! There was a small head board issue in the kids room when we arrived and there were also no oven mitts.. we left the ones we purchased. I would recommend upgrading the pots and pans as your stove gets so hot that even on low setting it burned food before it was fully cooked. Other than that I would completely recommend/stay here again!!
