Located in the highly desirable gated Pajaro Dunes resort, this modern 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is just yards from the beach. Nested in the dunes for added privacy with a peak of the ocean from deck.

This ground level unit is fully equipped and sleeps 6 comfortably with NEW beds in both bedrooms.

Recently remodeled with all the modern conveniences including solid surface countertops, modern kitchen with new stove, and recently remodeled bathroom fixtures.

Not only is the sand dunes and beach just outside the patio, but renters can enjoy all the amenities of the Pajaro Dunes resort including pickleball courts, tennis courts, walking trails, biking trails, basketball court, natural lagoon with native birds and cozy fire pits located on the beach.

Pajaro Dunes is a mile and a half of sun-drenched, white sand beach on a secluded strip of the magnificent Monterey Bay coastline.

Extended monthly stays are welcomed. Please contact for specific monthly rates.

Need a break from the sand? Just hop in the car and within 30 minutes you can be in beautiful Monterey to the south or historic Santa Cruz to the north.

Also, within minutes, is shopping in Watsonville and some of the best Mexican and seafood restaurants in the world.

It's states MODERN, and it is a tired property with older fixtures and interior. It is very clean and proximity to the beach is great. The word MODERN shouldn't be in the description.

It was a good sized condo for a family of 4. Our sons enjoyed having large beds in the second room for them. Walking right out your door into the dunes was great. So easy to come and go to the water throughout the day.
