A 2nd floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villamare villa surrounded by lagoons and paved walkways winding through lush gardens. The two private balconies are perfect for relaxing and taking in the ocean air. The king master suite offers a private bathroom with granite counters, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with 2 queen beds. The 2nd bedroom's private bathroom also has granite counters and a tub/shower combination. This Palmetto Dunes villa has everything you need for your next family vacation.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3. Crews will work from the 5th floor downward. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.

Beautiful courtyard view from balcony

Close to the beach and handy access to everything from restaurants to shopping. I enjoyed the courtyard view from the balcony more than I expected. Very nice.

Short winter get away

Excellent communication with the Vacation Company and despite a bad door code, they fixed it quickly! Excellent amenities and location. Loved the bike credit! Condo is good, needs some love but meets your needs and has everything! Would recommend :)

Beach access was just steps away with the outdoor pool en route. Our family of 8 was comfortable and check in and communication was easy and seamless. Passes arrived before our trip; everything was very easy and convenient. Location and ease to beach access was a highlight.

Actually exceeded all expectations

This never happens but it did this time. Everything was perfect. The location. The unit. The cleanliness, the amenities, the space even the appliances and supplies were perfect. First time in HHI and now can’t see going anywhere else. Exceptionally easy to check in and the vacation gear rental service was perfect. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Wonderful stay. Well maintained until with only a few mild complaints. The property (resort) has a lot of codes - one to get into the pool/fitness, one to get to the beach, it was just a lot. If they could find a system where it's like room number last four of your phone number for everything it would be so much easier. The unit was very nice and comfortable - though the couch was a bit awkward, could definitely stand to be replaced. The location and view are great. However, there was construction while we were there so are balconies were un-usable covered in scafolding with items dropping like screws and chunks of something for several days. I don't remember reading that this was going to happen or being warned in advance, but I do understand that it has to be done. The overall setup was great, with nice appliances, a great dining table, new washer and dryer, comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and provided beach towels. Updates to the unit that would be wonderful would be a new skillet, a new couch, some more hooks or a replacement clothes drying rack - really minor things. The property may have had its quirks, but the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were wonderful. Definitely a reason to stay here again. Overall, a fabulous stay.

Great Location!

We had a blast, lots of bike trails, easy access to the beach. Pool area was on point as well! We will for sure be back! Only downfall was no ocean view! But great place all around!

Relaxing Atmosphere

My husband and I traveled with our two adult sons so the layout of our particular unit was perfect - bedroom areas divided with living/dining/kitchen in the middle. The only frustration was that we could not get either of the bedroom tv's to work despite following the troubleshooting guide. Liked the grounds and proximity to the beach and would definitely stay again.

Palmetto Dunes Does Not Disappoint

Unit was clean and well-maintained. It's one of those that can be rented as a 2 queen hotel room, a single king with kitchen/living area, or both together (as we did) by unlocking the adjoining doors. Kitchen was well-furnished but counter space is pretty limited. Second floor location looks out to the ocean but view is obstructed by foliage - not high enough to see over. Ample furniture for seating around TV/media but the cushions are not particularly comfortable - could use an upgrade. Overall, no problems in the four day stay, and proximity to pool/spa, health club, and ocean make this a great rental choice.
