You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more, but we can gladly accommodate additional services if needed. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Transportation, chef, and grocery shopping services are available upon demand. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for rent upon request.

Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of 8 people, including both registered guests and visitors. For example, if your group has 6 registered guests, you may have up to 2 visitors per day. Visitor hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Visitors are allowed access to the unit but not to the common areas.
