The Space:
Soft ocean air moves through the palms as the day begins, and you step outside with your coffee to take in the garden view within a waterfront resort setting. The rhythm here is easy - beach walks, time by the pool, and afternoons that unfold at your own pace. Evenings settle in gently, with the sound of the nearby water and warm tropical breezes drifting through open doors.
Sleeping arrangements
This entire condo sleeps up to 5 guests and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. In addition to the 2 beds, there is 1 sofa in the living room that can be used as an extra sleeping space, mainly recommended for children - it is a normal sofa, not a sofa bed. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, central air conditioning, and a mosquito net help keep nights comfortable. A safe and closet storage make it easy to unpack and feel at home. Family-friendly touches include a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children’s books and toys, and board games. A paid crib is also available.
Outdoor living
A private patio or balcony offers a relaxed place to sit with the garden view, while a private backyard - fully fenced - provides additional open-air space, usually covered in grass. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area invite you to linger outside. After time on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower. The property is Waterfront with Beach access, and beach essentials are provided for easy days by the shore.
Kitchen and dining
The condo includes a kitchen and dining table, giving you space to cook and gather for meals at home. An outdoor kitchen allows for open-air cooking within your private outdoor space.
Resort access and recreation
As part of a resort setting, you’ll have Resort access and can enjoy shared amenities including an outdoor pool, Shared sauna, and Shared gym in building. Exercise equipment such as an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench are available, along with a movie theater, Ping pong table, and Pool table for relaxed evenings in.
Comfort, access, and services
This is a Single level home with no stairs in home, and the building includes an Elevator. You’ll have a private entrance, Free parking garage on premises, Free street parking, Wifi, TV, Free washer - In unit, and Free dryer - In unit. Long term stays allowed make it suitable for extended visits. Self check-in is supported by Building staff, with someone available 24 hours a day to let guests in.
Neighborhood
Located in Flamingos near Nuevo Vallarta, this coastal stretch of Bucerías is known for its warm climate and relaxed atmosphere. With Waterfront positioning and Beach access, it’s an easy setting for unhurried days by the water and comfortable evenings back at your condo.
Here are some points to take into account:
1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.
2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _5_ people, being guest number _5_ a minor under 15 years old.
3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.
Guest Access:
According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.
Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.
-Check In: 3:00 p.m.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.
