Note: This unit includes a private entrance through a gate in the back and shares a yard with the tenant of The Cactus Cavern and one RV located at the rear of the property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Since there is no dishwasher in the unit, please hand wash your dishes and put in the dish dryer rack.

Place used sheets and pillow cases in hamper along with dirty towels.

Put AC to 73 degrees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
