Bring your clubs, skis, tennis racquet or just a good book. Equally as great for a romantic getaway or fun for the whole family!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to Chimney Hill Homeowners Association office
Close garage doors and turn off patio lights
In fall/winter, return thermostats to marked settings
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
