Amazing property! Exceeded our expectations! The pool is awesome, all of the rooms are great. The kitchen is above and beyond amazing, a chefs kitchen if I ever saw one. The attention to detail throughout the property is incredible. Truly a first class experience. Would definitely return!

We had an AMAZING stay. All descriptions and photos- as seen on Vrbo- are accurate. The rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the patio, the pool, the amenities and the location were simply fantastic. Ali, our host, was equally AMAZING. She would answer and assist with any and all questions- via text or calls. Ali is a great host becasue she genuinely cares for your stay and for your enjoynment to be spectacular. We certainly recommend this property and Ali- to any large family or group who is looking for an unforgetable experience at 30A ! Bring you bathing suit, and prepare to enjoy!!

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation here, and we would absolutely stay again. The home is both luxurious and comfortable, with plenty of beautiful spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. It felt thoughtfully designed for families and larger groups.The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking easy, and the private pool was one of our favorite features. We also loved having the bikes available for riding around.The location is great with Publix close by, along with great options for pizza and sweet treats when you want an easy night out. The beach is just a short drive away, and if you head over early enough, parking is convenient and stress-free.Overall, this home offered the perfect combination of upscale accommodations, great amenities, and an ideal location. It made for an easy, relaxing, and memorable family getaway for our family and fur baby!

Luxurious & Relaxing

Incredibly spacious with modern high end finishes. All the bedrooms are spread out, private and comfortable. Private pool with waterfall feature was a great! The golf cart came in super handy for the beach and quick trips to the grocery store that was very close. All in all, this was the perfect spot and the most relaxing vacation spot we’ve found in a long time. Thanks for hosting us!
