Home was clean with lots of space to spread out for a larger families. Lots of kitchen space for cooking if needed. My family had lots of fun using the pool over our 3 day stay. Excellent communication by the host. Many good restaurants in the area. We hope to return for another stay in the future.

We had an excellent three-week stay. The house is comfortable and well-set up. The pool is terrific. The property is conveniently located to parks, stores, and restaurants. The hosts are accommodating and immediately responsive to the little glitches that arise over three weeks. We highly recommend the property.

And yes, to confirm your nice comment about the well-stocked kitchen, we give a LOT of attention to details ... good mattresse and bedding, great beach toys (umbrellas, chair, mats, cooler, etc), plenty of pool flotation devices, many great card games, etc. etc. We hope to see you here again in the future!

Fran was very responsive to questions and needs. We are a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of space to relax together or have our own personal space. The pool was clean and refreshing. It is under shade, so it stayed cooler. We got to try a number bed and I learned that I like a good old-fashioned firm quilt top mattress. :) Furniture was more modern style, very nice, but I learned that I just prefer comfy cloth reclining furniture. We had a great, relaxing beach and pool vacation that we enjoyed and appreciated. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process and communication were excellent. We spent most of our time in the seating area near the pool, which was quite comfortable. The setting was great for our dog. He had plenty of room to run outside the lanai, chasing lizards and bugs. I neglected to request that the pool be heated, so it's my fault that we didn't use the pool.The bedrooms were comfortable, but we really didn't spend too much time indoors.The property could use a little refreshing.
