Prettier than the pictures

This home is gorgeous, and a delight to stay in. It's spacious, the pool is wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

You CAN'Tfind a better place in LA and Beverly Hills for the price and great accommodation offered!!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay while in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is private, clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The back yard with all the gardening is a piece of art!!!! The location can't be beat. In a private community on the top of the hills between LA valley (Sherman Oaks/Studio City) and Beverly Hills itself. The security guards were SOOO nice and helpful. Kids were biking on the streets of the community and we felt VERY safe for them. Owners offered bikes, Hoover board, scooters. So nice! Our hosts were very accommodating when we arrived to the house early and went for an early lunch in Beverly Hills Hotel (try Polo Lounge!) while the team of house keepers were getting ready the Villa after the previous guests left the morning of our arrival. They did it QUICK!!! The attention to detail was amazing. Everything we could possibly need was provided we highly recommend this place and sure will go back! Did I mentioned this community has it’s own private hiking trek? And if you do not want too much privacy at the back of the Villa’s backyard there is an entrance to I believe People’s Tree trails park. And surprisingly, people from Fryman and People Tree trails park do not go toward the community. So while in the pool or outside we never were bothered by people going behind the fence (maybe because there is a dead end?) And the price for a month staying during the summer? It could not be beat!!! THE BEST MONTH VACATION EVER!!! Highly recommend!!!!

True charm, stunning vista, excellent responsive host

As soon as you pass through the electronic gate high in the hills into the gated community, driving to the property, you know you have entered someplace special. Unrivaled atmosphere of gardens, fresh air and charm of the hills. It has everything you could ask for in the house. We loved all the beautiful trees, plants, and flowers. So quite around, only birds signing and whisper of occasional wind. The kitchen is very well equipped and immaculate. Master bathroom and bedroom are huge and are great for the access with a special need. If you are looking for a quiet and the perfect secluded get away look no farther. Best time ever! We were very sad to see the gate closed behind us as we left for the airport. Everything was we had hoped for. And saw a few A-list celebs in the community streets. It made it for our teens! Thank you Anna and Galina. We hope to return.

Very spacious and inviting!!

Our family enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving with several close friends at this beautiful house. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, spices, serving platters, plates and glassware. We were blown away by all of the amenities. The swimming was wonderful, the TV room spacious, and the walking path behind the house amazing. We will definetly come back!!!!

Beautiful neighborhood!

The property was amazing! Great location right off mullholand dr. Very private and relaxing! There was access to a great running/hiking trail from the pool area. I took a several mile run with amazing views the entire time. The owner responded by text and email promptly and was very pleasant. This property is gated with security guards who where also very kind and pleasant.

Fabulous House right next to trails and natural park, yet 100% private!! - we didn't want to leave!

The Summit Sanctuary is a beautiful property in the most fabulous location in 24/7 gated/guarded private community we have ever seen with steps down to a stunning trails and natural park with unbelievable views of Los Angeles and Universal Studios. Galina and Anna gave us a wonderful welcome to the property. Would thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to visit Beverly Hills and Los Angeles to consider this property. Everything is just a very short and very pleasant drive from the house. GREAT RESTAURANTS and SHOPPING! Also, One of the greatest assets was the fully loaded gourmet/chef kitchen with three places outside the house to have a meal. Wake up to the birds sounds and amazing pool surroundings. The bedding was amazing, great dinning and living areas!!! We just fell in love staying the whole month at this property and HIHGLY RECOMMEND it!!! t We have never met such friendly and helpful people as the owners and community security guards. We hope to be back.

The Gem of Oasis, so Private and Peaceful...

What a beautiful place! Having seen the many pictures online, there were no surprises once we got here. The pool and spa tub are inviting, and we spent time each day in the spa and sitting outside, just enjoying the atmosphere. The yard is beautifully landscaped and completely private. Really, unless you want to shop or go to attractions, there is no need to leave this place, it's that great! Upon entering this home you know immediately it is a home well loved by its owner. It's impeccably clean, well appointed, and lovingly manicured both inside and out. It's an extremely comfortable home. Homy home in a very private and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend the Summit Sanctuary to others. It is truly a gem!

Our kids are begging us to come back

My family spent one week in the Summit Sanctuary located private 24/7 security guarded community and we were truly impressed not only by the immaculate, airy and homy accommodations, but also all the little touches extended during our stay. From Galina's daughter Anya warm welcome including chocolate treats and coffee to accommodating our request for a proper bed for our 3 years old son to having kitchen stuffed with bottled water, teas, sugar, spices. The house had everything we needed, just like in 5 (I would say 6! star hotel), not to mention linens, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, shampoo, conditioners, lotions, detergents, softeners, even tooth pastes and tooth brushes! Oh, you name it! Travelling with two young children, it is really important for us to have the ability to cook for ourselves, have access to laundry and be within reasonable driving distance to all the local activities and attractions. This vacation rental was exactly perfect. The Beverly HIlls and Sherman Oaks shopping centers, grocery, coffee shops, parks, beaches, Universal Studio, Disney Land etc. were all an easy drive away. And gorgeous park with hiking trails right behind the back yard of the house. The kids loved it! There were kids toys, books, tv games, scooters, bike. My kids are begging us to come back! We have stayed at a number of vacation rentals throughout the world and this by far met and exceeded our expectations. The Summit Sanctuary is one of our favourite Southern California destinations and we will not hesitate staying at the this vacation rental again! And of course will recommend it to others.

ONE WORD: AMAZING!!!

We looked at so many vacation rentals that we got dizzy! We had never rented a home before and really did not know how to do it. In our search for a vacation home to rent we received an email back from the owners explaining everything. So all we had to worry about was having a great vacation which we did! The private gated guarded 24/7 community was fantastic! The guards so polite and helpful. The kitchen was very nice, very well organized and equipped. The house has an indoor grill! The bedrooms were very comfortable. We have kids (7,10,12) and they all had a great time either in the pool, or hiking in the mountains (the entrance to the hiking trail and the State Park is right from the back yard!) And it is very private. We hardly noticed any people on that trail next to the house during our two weeks vacation). There were also a bike and scooters for the kids. Since it is a gated private community we could let our kids ride the bike and scooters with other neighborhood children without worrying. BTW, neighbors are very friendly. The owners and their representative have been wonderful throughout the rental process, and clearly go out of their way to make your visit special Our family had such a wonderful stay in this very special home! We plan on coming next year and highly recommend this home to anyone.

Best Trip to CA ever!

Very seldom do I take time to write a review, about anything. That being said, my family and I had an amazing time at Summit Sanctuary last June. The property itself,is well appointed, spacious, and very charming! My children absolutely loved the fact that we could do hiking in the mornings after breakfast and then jump to the salted water pool. The house was very comfortable from day 1. My wife actually commented, a number of times, how much she felt "at home" at Summit Sanctuary, as opposed to feeling like she was a guest in someone else's home. The beds were comfortable, the linens were very soft, many different options of places to just relax the day away! I found myself, on more then one occasion, lounging in the outside loggia...reading a great novel...whilst sipping and ice cold beer. In general, would like to give a brief over view of the house: House is better than described and larger than it appears in photos .Pool is so private and cozy. Plenty of shade as well as sun for getting your tan. Master is simple yet luxurious. Very, Very quiet area. You would be run over by a bike before you would a car. The residents living here are friendly and smile when you see them. Many thanks to Galina Anna for the most amazing trip we've ever had to Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. My children are still talking about it! We look forward to seeing you both again soon! I highly recommend this property and will be returning every year it is available.

The ONE and ONLY PLACE I and my family WANT SO BADLY TO COME BACK!!!

My husband, my 1 year old son, my mother, sister and I with our dog spent 4 moths in this gorgeous Tuscan style home. The location of this house is in a very GREAT, private 24/7 guarded community. The streets are lined with immaculate houses and flowers. Driving up to the house we were in awe. We felt like celebrities pulling in to the community after the powered gate opened for us. We received a warm welcome from the Security Guards who were very helpful though all our stay. We were greeted by the owners friend who let us know everything we needed to know to have a wonderful stay. We were ecstatic to know that this was "our house" for the next 4 months. The view of the pool out the Master Bedroom and living room windows and patio doors was breathtaking. We loved that you could actually worked to the the mountains and trails of the State Park from the yard and were blown away from the views at all angles inside and out. The house is so immaculately clean and has everything one could possibly need. All we needed were some groceries and we were set. We even ordered food in so we could spend more time at the house. There are many good restaurants within minutes drive away. The owner is super awesome and has an absolutely gorgeous home with so much character. We are in love with Beverly Hills, Studio City and Universal Studio and are counting down the days to go back. We would book the Summit Sanctuary again in a heartbeat!! It is a dream! Alicia

YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE

Our Family recently had the opportunity to spend 20 gorgeous days at this home with 4 adults and 4 teenagers! When we arrived the kids said "WOW" and when we left they all said "WOW" again! The view, location and home are so beautiful and relaxing. The gourmet kitchen was begging for us to cook gourmet meals. The kids and adults LOVED the pool and hot tub so relaxing and lots of things to lounge on if you wanted to soak up the sun! We quickly found our way around Beverly Hills and all of the shopping nearby for groceries, pizza, mall and design/not design cloths! The quick trips to Universal Studio, Hollywood, even Malibu, Santa Monica, Disney Land are not too far, great as the highway is nearby and we found that the back roads to the house were just so beautiful. The property inside and out is fabulous and with 8 people we never felt like we were bumping into each other lots of places to relax and chill out when we weren't out seeing the sights! The home is very quiet during the day and night. The backyard opens the gate to the state trail park with breath taking views and picnic areas! The owners are extremely helpful with finding things around the house and if anything came up during our stay we never felt like we were bothering them when we called or texted them a question. Anna or her representative always got right back to us with her pleasant disposition! We would highly recommend this location and plan on visiting again soon!

The Best Week EVER!!!

The Best Week EVER!!!

It was obvious that the owners take pride in maintaining the space (spotless all throughout, modern appliances, nothing was damaged or broken). I was very pleased! I loved the decorations and my daughter was so tickled to see the all the toys and books in the kids room. Adorable! The guarded gated community is great as well. Very well maintained and has a nice, Definitely plan on going back again and staying there. We have been home for some times and my husband and daughter still talk about how great of a stay it was. We all wish we were still there!
