Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to turn off the AC if you are visiting us in summer.
Please cover the firepit and hot tub and make sure that the umbrella on the table is down. (It can get pretty windy sometimes!)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No wood or charcoal outdoor fires. Outdoor fires are limited to the gas grill and gas fire pit only.
Wild animal like bear, deer, elk, and mountain lions frequent the area. Do not leave food or trash outside. Never leave pets unattended outside.
Please do not trespass past marked property boundaries. There are fences and wooden stakes with pink flags marking the property boundaries.
