Wonderful house

Wonderful house in a great location! Convenient amenities (in kitchen and bathrooms) and easy coordination with manager for check-in. This was a great home base for adventures in both Bar Harbor and Acadia!

Everything smelled clean when we entered the house!!With all the bedrooms.. my family had their space to do whatever they needed too. Theresa came over to finalize some things.. I’m glad she did. She gave us some great information on restaurants to enjoy!!Thanks for everything!

There is only in TV in the home and trying to get logged into the tv for watching tv is a hassle so be prepared for that if trying to watch various shows or programming for the kids. The location is convenient. The kitchen is stocked well. The main floor bedroom is not a bedroom; it’s a converted room that’s off the main area so there is issue with noise and privacy since the sliding doors do not fully close The home does show some age. The carpet needs some love or changes out. We had issues with the master shower upon arrival and they were informed by the cleaning staff however it was not addressed so we again had issues later on. We were told there was a plumber that to fixWould be stay there again we would if we only needed 3 bedrooms instead of 4.

We are sorry your stay was less than stellar. We would hope to do better for you next time. However, we also believe in accurate and honest reviews which this is not. There is some context missing. We never received any complaint from you regarding the TV. We would have assisted immediately. We did hear from you regarding the shower…the last night of your stay. I immediately addressed with you and told you we could get a plumber in the next day or two as it was out of our control. And, we did have him come, regrettably, the afternoon you checked out, and Jen he became available. The rest of your review was in-coherent so I’m not sure if I addressed everything you mentioned. Regardless, we will look to work harder with the things we can control.
