All the Cape Cod Feels

We loved this home. It was private, yet close to everything. The back yard was such fun in the evenings. The rooms were comfy and as promised. We saw a lot of the Cape and the surrounding area and then came and were able to enjoy family time. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Summmer vacation

The house was nice, not quite as pictured in the listing. The decor was a little cluttered and the yard was not maintained. Not a great choice for summer as the house does not have any type of air conditioning. Would likely be a better experience in the cooler months. Extra linens would be a plus. There was only 1 kitchen towel. Other than being hot, had a nice stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this very private, beautifully decorated home. It was spacious and very comfortable. The backyard with the fire pit and grill was amazing. The home had everything we needed for a very relaxing week. It was close to grocery stores, shopping and many beautiful beaches. The basketball hoop in driveway was a big hit with the kids! We would definitely stay again. The check in and out process was very easy. The home was very clean upon arrival, and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Definitely a five star vacation rental!

Good time

We had a good time. Location worked well for us. Suggestion…provide washcloths and more than one hand towel in the bathrooms. Also, the bedroom upstairs needs lamps on both sides of the bed. A clock in the downstairs bedroom would be nice. We wanted instructions on how to get live channels on tv.

Very private house

Very private house! Woods all around and could not see any houses. Close to Rt. 28 so we could hear the traffic but it didn't bother us. The listing should include pictures of the backyard which was large and had a fire pit with chairs around it and a swing set. The house was very spacious and had interesting items all around. We had a 1 1/2 year old with us for a few days and were able to baby proof the living room area easily. There's a basketball hoop out front which was a nice surprise too!

Lovely time in Falmouth

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in East Falmouth. The house was spacious, very clean, well-supplied with everything we could possibly need. The beds were quite comfortable.. The landlord was wonderfully helpful and communicative. We hope to return to this charming, beautiful home.
