Casa Sole is a small indipendent villa surrounded by greenery, located in the Porto Luna 2 village in Villasimius.
The village is located near the center of Villasimius and close to the beach of Is Traias, easily reachable on foot.
The house is well furnished and is equipped with everything needed to spend a pleasant and comfortable relaxing holiday.
There are in fact washing machine, microwave, free WIFI, air conditioning, TV, barbecue, safe, as well as umbrellas for the beach and children's beach games.
The Villa, a two-story house, is accessed through the small garden and the covered patio equipped with table and chairs, which suits perfectly for outdoor dining. On the ground floor there is the living/dining room with kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. On the first floor there is the third double bedroom. The upper floor externally has a second patio with table and chairs and a spacious area with barbecue and outdoor shower.
The position of the house allows you to walk to Is Traias beach in 5 minutes, where there is a bar-restaurant which is also open during nights.
A short distance away you can reach many beaches and cliffs both in the area of Villasimius Capo Carbonara and in the neighboring towns. The village is located a short distance from the town of Villasimius, where all the services are located (restaurants, pizzerias, markets, bars, medical guard, pharmacy, banks, etc.).

Very nice location. Appartment offers enough space for family with children, very close to beach!

Nice appartment with 3 sleeping rooms, well equipped kitchen and two garden areas, including outside shower and barbacue corner. 5 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes drive by car to Porto Giunco, 5 minutes to the center. Very calm place by end September / early October, so good place to relax. Thanks to the appartment owners for nicely taking care of us, including (unexpected) gastronomic welcome gifts and taking care during the few days we had with heavy rain. We felt very comfortable!

Tolles Haus

Tolles und gut eingerichtetes Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und halfen uns bei allem. Der Strand vor Ort ist schön, aber es hat noch viele (auch schöner) in naher Umgebung. Für ins Dorf (Gelatti, Shopping, Restaurant) braucht man ein Auto (im Sommer).

Traumhafter Urlaub, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt ♥️

Das Häuschen bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Paola und Mario sind ganz liebe, herzliche Gastgeber. Angefangen beim Willkommenspaket (Pasta, sardisches Brot, Wasser, Weißwein) über die vielen Tipps und die Einrichtung die keine Wünsche offen lässt (Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug, Gewürze, Spüli, Klimaanlage(!) ganz wichtig - wir hatten jeden Tag 32 Grad, alles ist vorhanden. Sogar ein Babybett und Hochstuhl wurde bereit gestellt. Die Einrichtubg ist charmant und gemütlich und die Terrasse - ohne Worte, Urlaubsgefühl pur auf der bequemen Bank mit Blick in blühende Büsche und Pinien. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen (ist unserer Meinung ein Muss, alleine fürs Einkaufen und um Strände zu erkunden) Uns hat der Simius Beach am besten gefallen aber auch Punta Molentis, Porto Guinco und Santo Stefano waren toll. Einziges Manko: die vielen Restaurants machen erst gegen 19 Uhr auf. Da war unser 2 Jähriger schon im Bett. Aber wir haben uns Pizza ins Häuschen geholt und das war dann sehr entspannt. Die Bar am Platz bei der Kirche / Rathaus mitten im Zentrum ist empfehlenswert. Top Lasagne (auch Nachmittags ☺️), Mojioto und Sardische Käse-Schinken Platte. Und die Bedienung war richtig nett. Alles in allem: perfekter, ruhiger Familienurlaub, ohne Animation, Party und Touri Wahnsinn. Muss aber auch dazu sagen dass wir Mitte Juni da waren. Danke Paola und Mario! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Tolles Haus, wunderbare Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Ca. 2Minuten zum schönen Strand. In direkter Umgebung, Auto oder Fahrrad sollte man haben gibt es karibische Strände. Einen Supermarkt Eurospin, der uns mehr als positiv überrascht hat liegt in3 km Entfernung im Ort Villasimius. Das Haus entspricht mehr als der Beschreibung. Auch das Internet war gut.Unser Hund war auch mit dabei und hat es sehr genossen. Die 3 Zimmer sind geräumig und die Matratzen sind gemütlich. Wir haben auf der oberen Etage, es gibt 2 Terrassen gegrillt. Ganz wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder.. Ganz bestimmt.

SOGGIORNO SPETTACOLARE

Io e la mia famiglia siamo appena stati in questa splendida villetta, fornita di tutto ciò che una famiglia può desiderare.. Sapendo che a mio figlio piace tanto il calcio la sig.ra Paola ci ha fatto trovare un pallone con il quale abbiamo potuto giocare in spiaggia. Cucina attrezzata di tutto, pulizia ottima e camere con già i letti rifatti!! I propetari persone favolose, sempre disponibili a rispondere a dubbi e a informarci di eventuali feste presenti in paese. Ci hanno fatto trovare inoltre dei prodotti tipici sul tavolo della cucina. Ci hanno inoltre consigliati le spiagge più belle nei pressi dell'abitazione.. Grazie ancora per tutto.. se dovessimo tornare a Villasimiis sappiamo a chi rivolgerci.. Sicuramente lo consigliamo. Wonderful Location -

"Abbiamo scelto questa casa perché volevamo rimanere vicini a cagliari (circa 45 minuti di auto) e allo stesso tempo goderci lo splendido mare di Villasimius. La casa si trova in un complesso residenziale molto curato, fatto di villette, dove è disponibile il parcheggio per l'auto riservato ai condomini. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, consegnandoci la casa in ordine. Come da descrizione, la casa è veramente molto curata e comprensiva di tutto ciò che può servire a una famiglia (ci stanno veramente comode 6 persone) con bambini molto piccoli: microonde, lettino per bambini, seggiolone per la pappa, vaschetta per bagnetto, seggiolone auto. Le camere sono confortevoli, c'è la tv in tutte (che noi non abbiamo mai acceso...) ma la parte veramente carina è il piano di sopra, dove c'è un bel tavolo dove pranzare / cenare e un barbeque dove è possibile fare una buona brace. Una doccia esterna completa il giardino: fantastica la sera quando si rientra dal mare (l'acqua è riscaldata dal sole, no scaldabagno, ma è perfetta anche alle 8 di sera) Il posto in sè è tranquillo, abbiamo trovato per due giorni dei vicini un po' "chiassosi" ma diciamo che ci può stare. Per quanto riguarda invece il mare, a due passi c'è la spiaggia di IS TRAIAS. Personalmente non la conoscevo, qualche alga ma in generale veramente un'ottima soluzione per chi non vuole prendere la macchina per spostarsi nelle zone più "in" (Simius, Cala Giunco, Punta is Molentis). L'unico problema è che, per chi ha bimbi piccoli (con passeggino) arrivare alla spiaggia passando dal complesso residenziale significa fare una bella passeggiata in discesa all'andata e in salita al ritorno. Niente di impossibile, però sotto il sole a mezzogiorno è un filo faticoso. Un piccolo ristorantino / bar è a disposizione quasi sulla spiaggia (s'amada) dove si mangia abbastanza bene e non si spende eccessivamente. In conclusione, non posso che consigliare quest'appartamento, soprattutto per chi ha i bimbi piccoli: non ve ne pentirete."

Perfekter Urlaub - Perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus! Blitzsauberes, geschmackvoll und auch sehr praktisch augestattetes Häuschen, eingebettet in eine nette Ferienwohnungsanlage. Der nahgelegene, eher kleine Strand (3 Gehminuten) ist wunderschön, mit toller Bar und WC (!). Viele höfliche Nachbarn, die man aber kaum wahrnimmt. Das Vermieterehepaar Paola und Mario waren bei der Ankunft vor Ort und haben uns gut eingewiesen. In Summe: absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!! :-)

Ottima abitazione in cui trascorrere le vacanze

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 7 al 20 agosto,4 adulti e 2 bambini di 1 anno.I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti.La casa é molto graziosa e ben tenuta,il giardino anteriore é ben curato, la terrazza al piano superiore ben attrezzata con doccia esterna,lavandino,barbecue e anche sdraio dove rilassarsi.I vantaggi della casa sono sicuramente le due camere matrimoniali e la cameretta con due letti singoli.Il contesto in cui é immersa la villetta é silenziosa e la posizione é strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti tutte le spiagge nei dintorni e il centro di villasimius.Il parcheggio nei pressi della villetta é gratuito.se dovessi ritornare a villasimius tornerei a soggiornarci.Consigliato a tutti.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern und Grosseltern war es das ideale Ferienhaus. Da wir ein Mietauto dabei hatten (Hinweis: Noleggiare in Cagliari Flughafen vermietete uns einen zu kleinen Mietwagen, kein Platz für die Koffer) konnten wir jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand fahren. Ohne Auto ist es dort etwas abgelegen, bis Villasimius zu Fuss ist es doch etwas weit (zumindest mit kleinen Kindern). Ende Juni ist es noch sehr leer an den Stränden, aber die Restaurants und Bars haben schon geöffnet - daher ideal. Gut gefallen hat uns die Bar/ Restaurant dort am Hausstrand. Der Hausstrand selbst war voller Algen, daher nicht ganz so schön. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub - auch dank dem liebevollen Empfang von Paola und Marco! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Splendida villetta per le vacanze

Sono rientrata da poco da una splendida vacanza a Villasimius, dove io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato per il terzo anno consecutivo in questa bella villetta a schiera del Condominio Porto Luna Due. La casa è in una zona molto tranquilla, circondata da tanto verde e piante dai colori variopinti ed è dotata di tutti i confort. La villetta è composta di una zona giorno con cucinino, un divano con la tv, un bagno, tre camere da letto più due aree esterne, una veranda all’ingresso dove è possibile pranzare, ed un'altra area per pranzare al primo piano dove c’è una zona barbecue, che noi abbiamo goduto spesso per preparare le nostre grigliate. La cucina ha tutte le attrezzature necessarie per far sentire chiunque come a casa propria. La posizione della casa è perfetta perché in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono il centro di Villasimius e le spiagge più belle. Ringraziamo Paola e Mario per la calorosa accoglienza che ci riservano ogni anno e non vediamo l’ora di ritornare la prossima estate. Consigliato alle famiglie con bambini.

Fantastic

Very nice house, well decorated and in a great position. You can walk to a nearby beach. Some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car. The town center is about 2.5 km away. The owners Paola and Mario were really kind and provided a lot of infos. The house is equipped with all you need, including parasols and bikes, and very clean.

Geschmackvolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir wurden begrüßt mit einem sehr herzlichen Willkommen durch Paola und ihren Mann. Die beiden machten uns mit dem Haus vertraut und gaben uns Tipps in Bezug auf die schönsten Strände der Umgebung. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern ermöglichten uns Eltern ein angenehmes Ausschlafen (Italienischer KIKA, kein deutsches Fernsehen). Zwei schöne Terrassen, die eine mit Grill (Fisch gegrillt, lecker!). Sehr ruhige und angenehme Feriensiedlung mit freundlichen Nachbarn und genügend Abstand zu den anderen. Die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig schwach, aber wer in Sardinien Urlaub macht, muss halt auch nachts ein wenig Hitze ertragen können. Der Hausstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und war meist unser Vormittagsziel. Wenig Leute, schöne Lage aber auch Posidonia (Algen), die dort angespült werden. Hat uns meist wenig gestört. ein paar Meter im Meer ist dann herrlichstes Wasser mit vielen Fischen. Nach einer Siesta haben wir dann verschiedene andere Strände der Umgebung besucht (große Klasse, aber bis Nachmittags sehr voll!). Großartige Schnorchelausflüge vor allem in Punta Molentis (ca. 3 km vom Haus). Fazit: großartige Ferien in toller Umgebung bei charmanten Gastgebern.

Una perfetta settimana di vacanza

Villetta inserita in un contesto molto tranquillo, comoda alla spiaggia che però era impraticabile causa alghe durante il nostro soggiorno, purtroppo. Con 5 minuti di auto, comunque, si raggiungono le spiagge più belle della zona. La casa è pulita, ben attrezzata, in cucina non manca niente, comodissimi la doccia esterna ed il barbecue. Paola e Mario sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, consiglio vivamente l'abitazione per una vacanza al mare.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit sehr netten und legeren Besitzern.Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich.das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber, mit zwei Terassen ausgestattet. Villasimius ist in einer halben Stunde zu Fuss erreichbar.Wir haben viele Strände besucht.Der näheste Strand is traias ist auch schön aber unser Favorit war nicht Costa Rei sondern Poro Giunca.Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Alles passt - schönes Haus

Absolut zu empfehlen - schon der Empfang durch die Vermieter Paola und Mario war sehr herzlich und freundlich - auf dem Tisch war ein kleinen Korb mit sardischen Spezialitäten (Wein, Spaghetti, Sauce usw. Blumen in der Vase auf dem Tisch draußen). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch bereits im Vorfeld über E-Mail und SMS hervorragend. Im Haus war alles notwendige vorhanden, vorbereitet und sauber, so dass der Urlaub sofort starten konnte (von Klopapier über Spülmittel, Gewürze ....). Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Gegenstände - auch in ausreichender Anzahl (z.B. Geschirr) und in gutem Zustand. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schön eingerichtet. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbildschirmen ausgestattet, zusätzlich befindet sich einer im Wohnbereich, auch wenn wir dies kaum benutzt haben. Besonders schön sind die zwei Freisitze, so dass man sich je nach Tageszeit immer auch im angenehmen Schatten aufhalten kann oder eher in der Sonne, je nach Wunsch. Die beiden fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbaren Strände sind schön, Spiaggia di is trias ist ein schöner, etwas breiterer, heller Sandstrand mit einer Strandbar und auch gut besucht, zur anderen Seite von Porto Luna schmaler Strand, grober Sand mit Felsen und weniger los. Allerdings empfehlen wir, auch noch andere noch schöndere Strände in der Umgebung (an denen keine Ferienhäuser und oder Hotels in nährere Umgebung liegen) zu besuchen - sonst verpasst man etwas. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung, ebenso Bar und Restaurant. Es stehen auch zwei Räder zur Verfügung. Für den Fußweg bis ins Zentrum nach Villasimius benötigt man eine knappe halbe Stunde. Wie gesagt - zu empfehlen.

ABBIAMO PASSATO UNA SETTIMANA MOLTO PIACEVOLE IN QUESTA BELLISSI MA VILLETTA, ERAVAMO DUE FAMIGLIE:4 ADULTI E 3 BAMBINI . LA CASA, COME DALLA DESCRIZIONE, E' MOLTO ACCOGLIENTE E DOTATA DI TUTTI I CONFORT! IN CUCINA C'ERA TUTTO IL NECESSARIO SIA PER CUCINARE CHE PER MANGIARE, LE CAMERE DA LETTO (2 MATRIMONIALI E UNA CON DUE LETTI SINGOLI) MOLTO BELLE E ARREDATE CON CURA. ALL INGRESSO DELLA VILLETTA C'E' UN BEL GIARDINO E UN PATIO E AL SECONDO PIANO SI TROVA UN ALTRA BELLA TERRAZZA CON BARBECUE , DOCCIA ESTERNA , TAVOLO...INSOMMA NON MANCA NIENTE!! Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Wir können uns den anderen Meinungen nur vollkommen anschließen. Haben selten so einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden schon bei unserer Ankunft von Paola und Mario so herzlich empfangen, wie es nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sie haben sogar für eine kleine Verpflegung gesorgt, weil wir erst am späten Abend angekommen sind. Das Haus ist total schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar Schirme und Spielzeug für den Strand sind vorhanden. Großartig fanden wir auch, das man von Mücken verschont bleibt, weil alle Fenster mit Mückennetzen versehen sind. Auf der oberen Terasse gibt es einen tollen Grill, den wir häufig benutzt haben. Klasse fanden wir auch die Außendusche mit warmen Wasser. Absolut sind auch einfach die Strände. Wir waren bestimmt an sechs verschiedenen Stränden, wo einer schöner ist als der andere. Wenn man einmal hier war möchte man nirgendwo anders mehr Urlaub machen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Ihr macht das einfach super Paolo und Mario.

Villino molto accogliente

Abbiamo appena trascorso due fantastiche settimane con i nostri tre figli (8 e 3 anni) in questa graziosa casetta super-accogliente. Tutta la casa è arredata con molto buon gusto, le camere sono arredate in modo semplice ma di buon gusto, i letti sono comodissimi, e in cucina non manca nulla per cucinarsi colazione, pranzo e cena. Il giardino e le due terrazze (con doccia e grill) sono curatissimi. Paola e Mario, i due proprietari, sono due persone dal cuore d'oro, gentilissime e molto disponibili. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare l'occorrente per la cena, e latte e biscotti per i bambini! È stato un gesto molto apprezzato da tutti noi e che descrive la grande cordialità di Paola e Mario. La spiaggia di Is Traias si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Villasimius è un paese che offre tutto per trascorrere delle indimenticabili vacanze: diverse spiaggie una più bella dell'altra, ristoranti, negozi, ecc. E ovunque la gente è di una grande gentilezza e simpatia! Per noi sono state delle bellissime vacanze!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'...

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento dal 3 al 17 agosto. Paola e Mario si sono dimostrati subito molto cordiali. La casa è tenuta molto bene e abbiamo mangiato sempre fuori in veranda. Il tocco in più della casa è la doccia esterna con acqua calda.. Abbiamo sempre fatto la doccia fuori senza mai riempire di sabbia il bagno interno. Purtroppo la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi di Is Traias era inagibile causa alghe, per la spiaggia di villasimius occorre prendere la macchina così come per andare in paese (neanche 5 minuti). Contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. La consiglierei sicuramente!

Vacances familiales en Sardaigne

Un super séjour de 2 semaines à 5 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. La maison est bien située, fonctionnelle, superbement décorée et correspond parfaitement à la description donnée. Les propriétaires très sympathiques nous avaient même préparé des spécialités du pays et prêté un lit et une chaise pour bébé. A conseiller à quiconque aime se retrouver dans un environnement propre, agréable, enfin ou on se sent bien.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus von Paola und Mario hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist tiptop gepflegt. Die Residencia ist sehr schön angelegt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefühlt. Die rundum positiven Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) da und der Platz war wirklich mehr als ausreichend. Die Gegend bietet reichlich Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen, wandern, Radfahren und natürlich baden kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider war der von anderen gelobte hauseigene Strand zu unserer Zeit wegen starken Seegrasbefalls nicht benutzbar, es gibt aber in nächster Nähe weitere schöne Buchten. Die Hausübergabe klappte problemlos und bei Fragen standen Paola und Mario jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt und sagen danke an Paola und Mario. Io e la mia famiglia abbi...

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 22/06 al 29/06 di quest’anno. La scelta è stata molto meditata in quanto, avendo due bimbe piccole, desideravo un posto accogliente e allo stesso tempo tranquillo, posizionato vicino al mare in modo tale da poterci recare in spiaggia in pochi minuti. Devo dire che sono stata piacevolmente colpita in primis dalla gentilezza dei proprietari Paola e Mario, che ci hanno accolto con cordialità e ci hanno dato molti consigli utili su come muoverci a Villasimius, e poi dalla casa che ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative, in quanto dotata di tutte quelle attrezzature che sono indispensabili quando si hanno bimbi piccoli(microonde-lettino per bimbi-seggiolone ecc.). Le stanze sono molto accoglienti, dotate di armadi capienti. Dal piano superiore si accede ad un’area attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e barbecue. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all’insegna del relax, in quanto la villetta è situata in una zona molto silenziosa. Con 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Villasimius, coi caratteristici mercatini serali, mentre di giorno, sempre a pochi minuti di auto, si raggiungono spiagge molto caratteristiche come Notteri o Punta Molentis. Contiamo di ritornare in vacanza in questa località e in questa casa, perché ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Consigliato alle famiglie con bambini.
