The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash and recycle is every Monday. If part of your stay includes Monday please put cans at the end of the driveway with the opening towards the street. Please throw away all unused food at check out.
When checking out you can leave the used beds unmade. Our cleaners will strip them for cleaning
Please load used towels in wash machine and start it before you leave as well as the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is beautiful and has everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. The pool is large and warm, perfect for swimming any time of day. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There’s also a grocery store just a 3-minute drive away, which is very convenient.

The house was just as pictured, but even better. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail in the house. We have been coming down to this area for 9 years now and rented a different house each time. This is the first home my husband said he would return to! The pool area is private with the bushes around the fence. Would definitely recommend!
