The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash and recycle is every Monday. If part of your stay includes Monday please put cans at the end of the driveway with the opening towards the street. Please throw away all unused food at check out.
When checking out you can leave the used beds unmade. Our cleaners will strip them for cleaning
Please load used towels in wash machine and start it before you leave as well as the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This Cape Coral Home Was ABSOLUTELY Beautiful !! We Go To The Fort Meyers Area Every Year And By Far This House Was Our Favorite From Spending Days Swimming At The House To 4 Beach Days At Sanibel And Fort Meyers, Celebrating Our Granddaughter’s 5th Birthday Everyday Was Perfect!!! The property is beautiful even bigger and more beautiful then the photos. Everything you need for vacation is provided for kids and a family. Literally just need to bring your food and clothes. The host replies very fast Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great time. The lanai and the pool was where we spent most our time. It’s perfect. The safety gate around the pool was great we could all be outside on the lanai and the baby could walk around and we didn’t have to worried he was going to fall in the pool Thank you having that set up for us

The house was just as pictured, but even better. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail in the house. We have been coming down to this area for 9 years now and rented a different house each time. This is the first home my husband said he would return to! The pool area is private with the bushes around the fence. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough, this place was Amazing! Just as the pictures show, no surprises. The host was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The house was so clean, a lot of attention to detail. The kids loved the pool and we loved the outdoor living space. We will book again next time we’re in the area. Very close to downtown and shops, not too far from the beach.
