Home has recently been fully remodeled!

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, beach themed property located in the center of Dewey Beach. Views of the Bay and one short block walk to the beach. Large living area/kitchen with a front porch deck and spacious bedrooms. Enjoy a front balcony that with views of the Bay. The rental includes 3 parking spots - one covered and two parking passes for outdoor parking in Dewey Beach. Everything in Dewey only a short walk away! A dock is available at the end of the street with kayak and paddle board rentals. Come enjoy Dewey Beach - A Way of Life!

Please note - all guests are required to bring their own linens and towels. The bed sizes are as follows:

Clean and beautiful condo. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the action--you're close to the beach, bay, and all the hotspots. Super nice host who is very responsive and nice.

The property was in a great location and close to everything. The property could have been cleaned better. The floors were dirty and the couch was worn, had visibly dirty pillows and the couch smelled of body sweat. Pillows in the bedrooms had saliva stains on them. Our TV did not work the whole time during our stay. We contacted VRBO support who did nothing to remedy the problem.

Place was clean and very conveniently located! Tons of restaurants and bars to walk to, we were right by a trolley stop to get to Rehoboth and we were on the same block as North Beach by the bay. Had a blast and Mike communicated whenever we needed him!

My adult children and I love Dewey Beach and this unit was very accomodating to our family. It was clean, all appliances worked very well, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The location was very convient and close to the beach. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Perfect location

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with family and friends. We stayed five days. The condo was super comfy and clean and stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials - even washer and dryer which was great to go home with clean towels! The of the condo was perfect walking distance to all of the resturants, shops and water sports. The beach was literally across the street and was in the perfect location for umbrella and chair rentals, if needed. All of the recommendations were spot on! Everyone enjoyed their stay and already looking forward to next year☀️

Perfect Dewey Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach (which is dog friendly in the morning and evenings), restaurants, and entertainment. It also super convenient to drive to some great restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. We loved the beach decor.

Great Dewey Location

This was our first vacation to Dewey. The location is great to the beach and bay area. Only a block and a half to the beach which was perfect for our kids to walk. There is family movie on the beach on Monday nights and beach bonfire on Wednesday nights which unfortunately was canceled due to weather. There was also a playground a block away on the bay side. Having the parking space and a parking pass was very convenient. There are areas that could use some cosmetic improvement, bedroom area rug very stained and the tiles on the floor in the bunk bed room are loose and separated, which was not advertised--on the listing it is carpeted. A broom or vacuum to clean up some sand that inevitably gets tracked in would have been nice. We stayed during the week and not weekend so the noise level was minimal and very family friendly. Mike's instructions were very clear and we appreciated him allowing us to check in an hour early as we were traveling with our dog.

Perfect location!

This condo is the perfect location in Dewey! It’s so close to everything plus you even have views of the bay from the deck. The only down side to that was our young children could hear everything going on at the bottle and cork from their back bedroom. But that’s our own fault for bringing our kids! The space was great for our family, good amount of room for a small condo. We had our 3 young children plus my in laws with us at the condo. The distance to the beach was perfect for walking with our kids. The owner was very responsive. The one issue we had was the cleanliness. The condo had very sandy floors upon arrival plus no hose to wash your feet off after the ocean. Which explains the sandy floors. The countertops were also a bit dirty in the kitchen and bathrooms. And the floor boards were very dusty. We did let the owner know and he said he would address it with the cleaning company but it didn’t help us during our stay. Additionally there was no broom or mop to clean the floors while there. I walked to every store in Dewey and no one sold a broom. May want to bring your own! Otherwise we had a nice time!
