You can also enjoy this home in the wonderful shoulder season. Book a week or even a "mini-week" in the fall, winter or spring. Bonus: Owners provides 2 Dewey Beach Parking Permits in summertime. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Sorry, No Pets please. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. It’s a rare find right on the sand. Technically it’s one row back from beachfront. Beautifully decorated 4 floors, each having a deck with a partial view of the ocean.

Dewey Beach fantasy

We enjoyed a family week at the beach. celebrated 2 birthdays...a 95th and 27th...bonfire on the beach...views from the "top Deck' and easy walk to the beach. beautiful well appointed, and perfectly located beach house. plan to return next year!

The Perfect Getaway

We rented this home for a birthday getaway with friends and it surpassed our expectations in every way! The shared hangout area is perfect, with bedrooms on the floor below and floor above is a fabulous layout for privacy when you want it, but also conducive to spending time as a group when you want that. The ocean view is stunning and all of the deck and balcony spaces are perfectly positioned. It's so great to be right off the beach and simultaneously close enough to everything in Dewey! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
