July 4th Getaway

Beautiful

Impressed from the beginning. Reservation to check-out was easy. Condo was available 2hours before check-in time. The place was beautiful, updated and very clean. They had everything you would need to stay, kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Location was perfect, next door to Florabama. We will definitely be coming back!

I would probably give a 4.5 if I could. Overall the place is great. My only complaint/suggestion is to have a dresser to unpack clothes. I like to actually unpack my suitcase if I’m staying in a place for several days. Not a big deal - just a personal thing I guess. Overall, the condo and complex are great. I highly recommend.

Super clean and perfect for a family!

This property was extremely well kept. I am very particular about showers when I'm renting and thankfully this condo had a shower that had a sliding door. I have a weird thing about shower curtains lol. The pool was being redone while we stayed but I hope to come back because it looked like it was going to be awesome. The neighborhood was great. FloraBama is right next door so you can walk over and grab a drink or have dinner. We had a great time staying here. We had plenty of room and the kids were so glad the wifi signal was strong lol

Look no further!

This condo was amazing! Clean and comfortable and the a/c gets icy cold. Just as advertised with all the amenities needed to enjoy a short or long stay. 9th floor beautiful view is breathtaking. Having the Florabama bar right next door was fantastic and there is plenty of places to eat for the entire family to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again!

The view was awesome and the condo was very nice. There were plenty of tings to do on the condo property. Plus it was close to everything especially the Flora-Bama, Waffle House and buying your lottery ticketsd right next door in Florida. The Florida state line is just a few feet from the condo. Boat and jet ski rentals directly across the street too. We had a great time. Would recommend it to anyone.

OK - but noisy

A last minute decision to head here for spring break. Perfect size and 2 adults and 3 kids. Condo was clean and had pretty much everything you'd need. Amazing view of the beach and coast. Large pool inside and out made swimming in any weather an option. Carts and grocery carts are located at almost every floor to make unloading easy. Stop at the Publix as you come onto the island as there isn't another store any closer than this. Negatives: you can't leave your beach chairs outside the door so the very narrow entry hall stays full of chairs, toys, etc. and sand. Another very annoying issue: There is a loud metal banging that goes on 24 hours a day. At first I thought it was someone hitting the iron railing above us, but now I think it is pipes in the wall and ceiling since I heard it ALL NIGHT LONG. Sometimes it's every 5-10 seconds. Other times you get a minute or 2 between bangs. This woke us up very early several days in a row. If you have lite sleepers steer clear of this tower until this gets stopped. Not very restful with this banging.

Great Condo

I took my daughter and her friend for the week. Unfortunately, it rained A LOT for three days, then was beautiful for the remainder. If not for that, I would not have learned a valuable lesson. Book a great condo to be comfortable in if you have to spend more time inside than planned. This condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Amenities were upgraded, and everything we needed was there. I would definitely rent it again.
