Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon checkout please ensure that all water toys are safely stowed on shore. Please return them to their original location. Additionally make sure all life jackets are hung in the under porch closet.
Please remove all trash, left over food and drinks. The trash barrels are located in the garage. Note there is a separate bin for recycling of cans and bottles only.
Please leave all linens and towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
