LOCATED PERFECTLY in the Villa De La Vista North neighborhood between Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing, SUPER easy access to jump in your golf cart and GO!

Come experience our beautifully Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath Private Courtyard Villa while enjoying the carefree lifestyle of The Villages. This villa includes a master suite with a King Bed AND a guest bedroom which includes a King Bed and Pocket Door to create an Additional Master Suite. This is perfect for two couples vacationing together or inviting guests during your stay. Both bedrooms include Posturepedic Pillow top Mattresses with Premium bedding & 32" HDTV's with DirectTV.

You will love cooking in this lovely, fully stocked Kitchen it includes Granite counter tops, Thomasville cabinets and Stainless Steel appliances. The living space comes equipped with a dining room table with seating for 4, a 50" HDTV with DirectTV, WIFI and plenty of comfortable seating for guests as well as a recliner for you to kick up your feet after a busy day. We have tried to think of everything for your stay so we have also included a few family board games, cards and books.

The Lanai opens with screened windows or you can enjoy the Completely Private outdoor patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

The leisurely lifestyle of The Villages cannot be complete without Golf Carts, 2 gas carts included with your rental. The garage is large enough to store both golf carts and park your vehicle to one side of the driveway. There is plenty of additional parking just steps from the front door if necessary.

We are Pet Lovers so don't forget your furry friend! We will accept well trained pets up to 30 pounds for an additional fee of $100 per pet (max 2).

We are Dean & Sheila Hooks, we met and married in Altamonte Springs, FL. We currently live in Washington State as this is where Sheila was born and raised and decided we wanted to raise our children in Washington near her large family. We have a daughter & two grand daughters who live in Florida (good reason for a vacation rental property in Florida) and two sons, one in Maui at the current time and one still in high school. We are not sure where life will take us once we are empty nested but for now we are very happy with our little escape in The Villages.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for its location to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing and the low maintenance lifestyle it provides. The kitchen was tastefully remodeled with Thomasville cabinets and granite counter tops which was also a draw. As much as we like the back patio with concrete we also enjoy having the grassy side for our pets and others who enjoy travelling with their furry friends. We love to visit our villa as often as we can and with each visit we like to add little touches that are meant to make our tenants lives easier during their stay.
