Main house was excellent. Garage house was a little musty smelling but was still very nice. Porch and beach were awesome and the kitchen was very well stocked. Only complaint we have is that it took forever for the water to get hot. We ran all the fixtures for 15 minutes before it would get like warm. Eventually the showers did get hot enough to take a shower.

Wonderful property! Beautiful inside and out. Direct access to the beauty of Lake Michigan and its sandy beaches. Great location near small town beach town charm, shopping and dining. We will definitely be back!

What a gorgeous house and beautiful setting on the beach of Lake Michigan. Our family had a wonderful experience here, We enjoyed being just steps away from the private beach to dinner at Union Pier Social to ice cream at night. We also enjoyed downtown New Buffalo, which was a short 7 minute drive. Will definitely be back.
