Located on Wilmington's Cross City Trail this cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The bike ride to Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge is just 3 miles. UNCW is 1/2 mile. 1 mile to Starbucks along the trail and 2.5 miles to Wilmington's best shopping: Mayfaire Town Center. Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops. Hardwood Floors. King Casper Cooling mattress. Side private porch off bedroom facing the creek. Front porch with rocking chairs. This cottage is located in a neighborhood where the property owner lives on the same property in a separate home. The owners are happy to offer local recommendations or assistance if needed. The property is absolutely lovely and beautifully appointed. Louise made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up to birds in the morning. The city walk trail is just a block away and was great for running and walking. It could not have been a nicer stay and I look forward to returning!

Lovely cottage

Adult daughter & I stayed for the weekend in this lovely cottage. Owners paid attention to every detail. It has everything you need & is beautifully decorated. Cottage is centrally located between downtown Wilmington & Wrightsville Beach. Owners were fantastic to work with & helped make are stay comfortable. Highly recommend & would stay again next time we visit the area.

We booked last minute and the owner was so accommodating. The home is immaculately clean and beautiful. Every single detail of this home is so well thought out and planned. This cottage was brand new and impeccable. Very nice furnishings and trim details. Everything was well thought out, and it had everything you need. Covered porch on the front was delightful at night. Also a separate uncovered porch off the bedroom. It is a lovely place to stay. Our communication with owner could not have been easier. Highly recommend if you like a place that is clean, comfortable and stylish.

We have a large lot for being in central Wilmington, NC. We have a beautiful creek behind the property that runs into a large Atlantic watershed creek. The property is full of mature trees that makes it very pleasant to be outside in the hot summer.
