We had an amazing stay at Philip's place! The home was clean, modern, and has so many thoughtful details that really make it stand out. The bathrooms are incredible with luxurious bidets, heated seats (such a nice touch). The location is perfect as it was quiet, safe, and walkable to Georgetown which has great restaurants and coffee shops, while still being just a short drive to downtown Seattle. Parking was easy and always available right in front of the house, which was a huge plus. Philip is a fantastic host as he was super responsive, friendly, and clearly cares about his guest’s experience and would highly recommend!

The space was exactly as described—comfortable, stylish, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We cooked several meals during our stay, and it had everything we needed to make cooking easy and enjoyable.One unexpected highlight? The smart toilets! It might sound funny to mention, but they added such a nice touch of modern comfort and made the stay feel a bit luxurious. Beautiful two-story home in a cute neighborhood in south Seattle! Super close to a bus stop which connects to light rail etc; the bus stop was a walkable distance even for my 84yo grandmother. Philip was a very friendly and helpful host. We didn't end up getting to check in early, but he was so generous in letting my family and I drop off our baggage at his home next door for a few hours while the cleaners came. 5 adults stayed there, and the bottom floor has the pullout couch/bed and a half bath, which made it very accessible for my grandma. The home is clean, modern, spacious, pleasant, and has high-tech toilets haha! Very decent price for the value.
