Great property that is well located to enjoy the Village of Carlsbad and the beach. Very comfortable for a large party to spread out or to congregate for TV watching or game playing. The roof deck was a favorite of everyone as well as the well stocked kitchen. There are a lot of stairs, so it can be challenging if you have any mobility issues. Nancy was a great host that was very good about communicating and helpful throughout the process. Overall, we loved our two week trip with three generations and will try to stay there again next summer.

The location is clean with newer appliances. The house has everything you could need to be at the beach. They even have a surfboard and wagon to pull chairs, stuff, and/or kids! Nancy is an excellent communicator. You will enjoy the experience!The condo is located at the start of Carlsbad Village. You can walk to most places. The garage is big enough for a large SUV. We have a Jeep Wagoneer. Might be tight for a Suburban or Expedition Max.I highly recommend checking it out. We will be back!

Fantastic -Close to beach

We have stayed at various places in Carlsbad for 12 years and this is the cleanest and best maintained home we have stayed in. Great location.
