Come relax at our newly renovated home just steps away from the beach! Featuring a fully fenced in back yard, beautiful outdoor shower, BBQ grill, & fire pit, this three bedroom home (including a bunk room) is the perfect beach vacation destination. Walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee house, ice cream parlor, deli, convenience store, liquor store, and more! Just steps to Tyde wedding venue or a short drive to Sacred Heart, Fairfield University & Yale.

A bright, open concept kitchen and living area make this the perfect home for you and your extended family! Take a relaxing outdoor shower, have a backyard BBQ on the patio or just relax while making s'mores at the gas fire pit after a day at the beach.

This completely remodeled home has three spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage and closet space and sleeps 9 people total. The primary bedroom has a spacious king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has full over full bunk beds with an extra twin trundle bed.

Guests will have access to the entire house, backyard, large open side yard, and shed that is well stocked with all of the gear you'll need for a day at the beach

The property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and it was stocked with everything we could possibly want. It truly was just a 2 minute walk to the beach and was very accessible to the Milford train station. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again.

Beautifully renovated property! Our family of 5 felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The beds were so comfortable, the whole house was sparkling clean, and the outdoor space was wonderful. We loved the beachy vibe throughout the house and all the special touches the hosts had included. A 3 min walk to the beach, and a great outdoor shower. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook full dinners at night. We would absolutely come back to this fantastic beach cottage!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with thoughtful extras like toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. There were plenty of beach essentials available, including chairs, towels, a wagon, and sand toys, which made our trip so much easier.Ashley was fantastic to communicate with and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Ashley, our Host, was super responsive to my questions and she was always helpful. Their home was so well appointed from the kitchen to the towels to the wonderful farm dining table. The living room had ample seating and the bedrooms were so comfortable. We would highly recommend this wonderful spot in a beach community!

Ashley's house was nearly perfect! The decor was super cute, it was well stocked with everything you can think of; from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the games to the beach chairs/toys/cart. The house was also very clean,the beds were really comfortable, and the yard was a bonus!The only "concerns" would be the stairs are a little steep. This was not an issue for my family, but if you had an elderly person with you, it could be. Also, both of the couches sunk down in the back. They are newer & I don't believe they were broken, so that was odd. I didn't have to contact Ashley for any issues at all but I did reach out to her prior to booking and she was very quick to respond.
