The Cottage is in a Private and Quiet neighborhood safe for long walks with easy access to the Chatham Bike Trails. No stairs to climb and all the amenities to create a relaxing and comfortable visit.

The charming Cottage offers many features that others miss: King Size Master on main floor , Cable TV, Internet Access, Linens, Beach Towels, Washer & Dryer, Outside Shower, Grill, and a Full basement for storage.

Its location offers just a short drive to Chatham’s downtown for a stroll down Main Street, drinks at The Squire, or to take in a Cape League baseball game. It also provides quick access to Orleans, the Cape Cod National Seashore, the Wellfleet Drive-In movie theater and Provincetown.

We rented this property for a family member while in the area for a wedding. The property was impeccable and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure they had everything they needed. I would highly recommend this option when visiting the area if you need a smaller place for two people.

Cutest cottage next to the main house! The cottage was spacious and clean. 8 minutes drive to downtown Chatham. Wonderful hosts as well, check in was very easy.

This adorable cottage was perfect for us! Clean, quiet, and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, the AC kept us nice and cool, and the outdoor shower was fabulous. Deb and Mark were lovely to meet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Chatham cottage for two!

This was the perfect cottage for our visit to Chatham. It was clean and so convenient to downtown. We even saw wild turkeys, bunnies, and chipmunks in the beautifully landscaped yard. Mark and Deb gave us great recommendations for food, shopping and beaches. We got engaged at the Chatham Bars Inn during our stay, so we will definitely be back!

Great cottage, great hosts, ideal location!

This cottage was very spacious and very cute for me and my husband. The hosts were a super warm couple and we loved meeting them! Location was central to explore Chatham and also drive to neighboring towns. I hope to come back!

Amazing Get-away.

The cottage was beautiful, clean and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed shopping in Chatham, walking on the bird sanctuaries, and relaxing on several beaches. We can't wait to return.
