This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, built in 1928 has a unique charm that you won’t find in the typical beach rental. Despite its age, it offers many modern conveniences. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds and the other with a full size bed. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms both with queens (one is a Murphy bed!) There is a full bath on the 2nd floor with a large walk in shower. The 2nd floor also has a family room. The main floor has a living room, full bath with shower and tub, washer/dryer, open kitchen with dining area and a spacious island. Lastly there is a bonus room off the kitchen with a queen size sleeper sofa.
The front of the house has a furnished covered porch. The rear of the house has a furnished brick patio, gas grill, lawn, parking for one car and a large enclosed shower. Lots of space for everyone to gather after a day of fun on the boards and beach.
Easy walk to local shops, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, beach, bay and boardwalk.

Why they chose this property
This is a wonderful residential neighborhood but a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. Parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, beach, bay... it's all just a walk or bike ride away.
What makes this property unique
This property has lots of room to accommodate your family and friends both indoors and out. It's an old but updated home.
