The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all bedding and put in pile with any additional towels
Return all indoor/outdoor furniture to original location including paddle boards,kayaks,paddles
Clean grill,place cover on, ensure propane turned off. Do not leave water vessels on dock or in water overnight unattended.
Water vessels must remain on property and not transported to another location via land. Intended use is to be launched at our property only, not transported.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
