Great place for an infant!

We had a great stay here! It was so clean and beautiful and you can’t beat the sunset view! It was also great for a baby! Plenty of shade for the baby to play while the parents got some sunshine!

The Lake House was beautiful! A perfect setting on the lake and sunsets every night. The house was set up for a perfect adult get away. We already are coming back next year!

Amazing Place

Pictures do not do this place justice. It is amazing. We walked in and were amazed at the view, the pool and the whole house. We spent every day relaxing in the pool and only went out for food a few times. Hated to leave for anything. We are planning to be back next year.

Beautiful property

The home is gorgeous and well equipped. The sun sets were amazing. It is definitely a European vibe (nice change ). The pool is perfect. A little disappointed we had to go out and buy toilet paper and trash bags. We would definitely consider this location again in the future.

The perfect vacation in CC

We had a great stay in this amazing villa, while we were on our vacation in Cape Coral. The villa looks both great on the outside and on the inside. The villa was absolutely spotless . It never occured to us that the house was missing something. Our highligt was definitely the swimming pool, where we had a blast. We were in CC for the third time and this was the best house we lived in. We couldn´t recommend this place enough :).

Amaizing house !!!

Wow!!!! What a view !!! We couldn't get enough of the house to the point that we didn't even went anywhere during our stay. We had sooo much fun swimming in the pool . Best Christmas ever !!! We're coming back for next Christmas for sure!

Celebrity for A Week!

This house is amazing!! I loved the LED lights in the ceiling of all the rooms. The led lights on the lanai made the nights so fun! The layout is so open and the decor is very chic. Gorgeous view of the lake and sunsets. The only downfall, the beds were hard. I need a soft thick mattress. I recommend an egg-crate or mattress pad. My back and neck hurt every morning. The manager was very nice and helped us with our questions. Thank you for offering your house to my husband and I! We enjoy it immensely!

Perfect Spot!

My wife and I was looking forward to our stay for the past year and it did not disappoint. We were worried about damage from the hurricane but the house in great shape when we got there. The only thing that wasn't done was the screen over the pool which was done during our stay. We were graciously compensated for our trouble. We met the owner, a very nice gentleman. Communicating with management was quick and easy . The house had everything that would need in it. The location is excellent, close to stores and restaurants. We wanted to be home most evening for sunsets because they are spectacular! We've have already booked for next year! Thank you!

Lakehouse Cape Coral.. Aloha rental

This property was breathtaking & the best we’ve stayed in out of our past 3 years to Cape Coral!!! We didn’t have any emergent needs and/or questions, however if we had we were never contacted or responded by property manager. It said to call when we arrived which we did twice voicemail was full. We emailed to let them know we had arrived and not sure if we needed to take pictures of the electric meter which we did. Have never heard from them the entire seven days. The house itself was luxurious, comforting and beautiful breathtaking views.

Fabulous Location & Beautiful House - Poor Bedding

We have just returned from a 10 night stay. The modern house is absolutely beautiful, spotless & in a great location. The view of the stunning lake (great for fishing too), makes this house with the infinity pool totally idyllic. We rented a boat & with only 1 bridge, gulf access is easy. The only negative is that the main bedroom desperately needs a new mattress & bedding - It is rock hard & gave us both back ache. They are similar listed complaints going back years, seemingly ignored. It is crazy to have a $2 million house with a $50 mattress. Everything else though, is perfect & we loved our stay apart from that damn bed.

The mattress is actually new, as we replaced the previous one due to complaints about it being too soft. Generally, a firm mattress is better for back support and back pain, so we chose a medium-firm, high-end option. We understand it's difficult to please everyone, and if we had known, we would have provided a memory foam topper and softer pillows. Stunning, modern home yet welcoming and comfortable! Paradise!

We had an amazing stay at the Lakehouse in Cape Coral. There were 6 adults and 3 infants with plenty of room for each family. The suites each featured a king bed and full-ensuite bathroom. Each room was quiet and private. All rooms were extremely clean and there were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Having the washer and dryer was super convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need which was especially helpful with little ones. The pool area was gorgeous! We used the heater as it was a little bit cooler during our stay and there was a large dining table and comfortable lounge area too. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was nice to simply look out at the lagoon at all times of the day. We were able to catch some beautiful sunsets. There is a park approx. 15 minute walk away and restaurants/grocery stores etc. a 5 minute drive away. HIGHLY recommended!

Deceptive Listing

The listing fails to mention a new home is under construction directly next door. At 7:30am on weekdays you'll be awoken by the sound of construction and the crew. The second floor balcony of the home under construction overlooks the pool of the rental home. After raising the noise issue, the management company offered to relocate us or provide a discount. Upon further discussion we chose the discount. It's now been over a week since checking out and we've yet to see the discount credit promised or a reply to our follow up. Other small issues; upon arrival none of outlets worked on the kitchen and bathroom counters. We were also told of a three hour time block required during our stay so repairs could be made on the sliding doors.

Great Experience

This property is our favorite VRBO home yet! The home is exactly as listed. The pool and lake are absolutely breathtaking. The manager, Caprese, was very helpful and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay. All the appliances and furniture were in good repair and top of the line. A couple of suggestions we would have is to include the English translation for the light switches so we can tell which lights go with which room. You might also consider adding a chair or small sofa to the master bedroom as the ottoman was a bit difficult to sit and read on. There was construction work going on next door, but it wasn't disruptive at all. This home is a keeper and we hope to visit again next year!

Beautiful property, several short commings

The VRBO ad said "Discount for seven or more nights"- property agent (after several unanswered emails) told me "that was a mistake". The property has three "suites" with king beds plus a sofa. (Sleeps 6 plus) after we rented we were told there was a $15 per night charge for over 4 persons. There is an extra electric charge for usage over $50 for a 10 day stay. When we finally arrived, Caprice our agent ,came to check us in and was very helpful and very personable.

Pay attention to extra costs.

Not a bad house but they should just charge what they need to charge instead of charging for anything over a certain amount of electricity and to clean grill that was used once and was in bad shape to begin with. Tough to air condition a house in FL and not use up the allotment of electricity.

Amazing villa

The villa was exceptional. Beautifully equipped with virtually everything you would need. Very Attentive owners. The Pool and lania area were amazing, no insects got through the lanai yet it felt as if there wasn’t one there the netting is so fine. The pool is the kindest pool for you skin and luxorious to swim in. Every night the Sunsets were stunning. Even saw turtles and 2 dolphins in the lake. Quite a central place to visit fort Myers and Naples. Shopping till you drop. Beaches lovely. Would definitely book again.

Excellent House!

This was better than described in the HomeAway website. The house is modern, really clean, spacious, and has more kitchenware than our house; and we have a big house with a lot of stuff. The location was excellent. We walked to the park daily, and even walked to the pier one day. It’s on a good size lake, so there’s no one looking into the back yard. The infinity pool is awesome and very private! The entire set up was first class. We had an unforgettable time.

Lakehouse is a beautiful villa for a Florida vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse! All the comforts of home and a view that we never got tired of. Great location with close to amenities. Loved being close to the Westin and Boathouse Tiki Bar. Owners were very accommodating. We are excited to come back to the Lakehouse!
