Make great memories at this unique, family-friendly place, just steps from Long Sands Beach.

The Beach Plum upstairs apartment is the perfect spot for your family to enjoy a casual seaside vacation. This sun filled living room, and front deck has a wonderful view of the ocean. A few steps up the driveway, cross the street and you're at the beach. After spending time on the beach, take a break, relax and enjoy a meal on the back deck dining area. Return to the beach anytime, you're only steps away!

The Beach Plum up has three bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two have twin beds) There is a front deck with an ocean veiw and back deck with a dining area. This unit accommodates up to six people. This unit has AC.

This unit has a living-dining area, two bathrooms (one half bath and a bathroom with a shower). The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker along with a Keurig, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all your eating and cooking utensils. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is TV with free streaming services, including local channels.

Household cleaners, cleaning tools and a vacuum are provided. There will be hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags in the cottage when you arrive, but we do not restock these items during your stay.

We provide pillows and blankets but do not provide sheets and towels.
(You must bring your own sheets and towels.)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
You need to leave the cottage neat and tidy when you check out. The Property shall be left in the same good condition as found on the first day of occupancy.
• Close doors and windows. Shut off AC and lights. • Dispose of all trash in the dumpster • Return furniture to the place found at check-in. • Wipe clean all appliances and counter-tops
Please leave the key inside the cottage on the table No need to lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for one vehicle only. NO trailers, boats, or campers/tents may be parked or set up in the yard. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO fires or fireworks (including sparklers) allowed on the property.
We do not provide grills. You may bring a grill (we suggest a small gas or charcoal grill) but it must be used on the ground not on the porch or deck.
