Welcome to The CoroMODo Oasis, your perfect Phoenix getaway nestled in the walkable and vibrant Coronado Historic District. This stylish retreat is designed for creating unforgettable memories with friends and family.

Our backyard is your private oasis. Take a dip in the unheated, 5-foot deep private pool, and set the mood at night with color-changing pool lights. You'll find two loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table for eight under a pergola with cafe lights, and an outdoor bathroom for convenience. The outdoor kitchen features a gas grill and drink fridge, perfect for a BBQ. Plus you can gather around the fire pit at night for s'mores and stories.

The heart of our home is a large, fully-stocked kitchen designed for cooking enthusiasts.

Four Comfortable Bedrooms:
After a day of adventure, retreat to one of our four luxurious bedrooms. Each room is designed for a restful night's sleep with soft, hotel-quality sheets, room-darkening shades, and ample closet space. The primary bedroom features an adjoining private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone soaking tub.

Work & Entertainment:
Stay connected with an ultra-fast internet connection. Two of the bedrooms have dedicated desks, and the large dining table offers plenty of space to spread out. The living room features a 70" smart TV where you can log in to all your favorite streaming apps.

Guest Amenities:
Laundry: A washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets are available for your use.

Parking: Our driveway fits two cars, and there is plenty of free street parking.

House Rules & FAQs
Cameras: For your safety and security, there are three exterior video cameras: one at the front door, one facing the driveway, and one on the side gate facing the street.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Not likely. Please plan accordingly, as our team needs the time to prepare for the next guests. Booking an additional night is the only way to guarantee these options.

Pool: The pool is not heated.

Third-Party Bookings: Prohibited. The person making the reservation must be a guest at the property.

Arriving early or leaving late? Ask about a half day add-on!

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in will not be possible.

LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night, so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Our home is located in an urban neighborhood called the Coronado Historic District in Central Phoenix. It comes with an eclectic mix of homes! Lots of character in the cutest little houses. Downtown Phoenix is nearby, but you won't have to go outside the neighborhood to grab some coffee, lunch or to play on a nearby playground. Our neighborhood is walkable.

Yes! There are two. Dark Hall Coffee and Ollie Vaughn's are just half a mile away or an 8-10 minute walk.
