The second floor has an open deck spanning the length of house for maximum sun bathing and sunset views. Large stationary dock over the water, multiple floating docks for easy access with paddle boards, kayaks, swimming, and boat slip. A fantastic vacation home for families to enjoy all the water sports/activities and beautiful views the bay has to offer! Large detached garage for storage, off-street parking for four cars. Beach cart, 6-8 chairs, beach umbrella provided. There are 3 bicycles in the garage for tenant use. Beach access to the path on 44th and Dune Drive. This is a Friday to Friday rental term.
