Having the ability to walk a short 5-10 minutes to the base of Peak 9, underground parking, access to a ski locker at ground level, and a great hot tub/pool complex is unbeatable. We had everything we needed in the condo- plenty of towels, all kitchen tools (including a crockpot), easy to adjust temperature, and very comfortable beds. The host was extremely kind and helpful with check in and out. We would gladly go back!
Wonderful Condo equipped with all the necessities and then extra comforts to make us feel at home! The property was clean and well maintained and I received clear and prompt communications from owner with instructions and answers to questions I had. Would not only recommend to others but would return to same property in the future!
This was a great place to stay for our annual ski trip. As a "chef"(self proclaimed) I was particularly impressed with the small but well equipped kitchen.I recommend taking the bus to the slopes as it was a bit of a hike to the nearest lift. The bus service was excellent. The biggest drawback for us was the distance and overcrowding of the hot tub. We had a great time and I skiied the best I ever have. Thanks!
We had a wonderful week's stay just after New Years. The condo was spacious and nice and warm, especially during some single-digit temperatures. It's an easy walk to Peak 9 and town, and the storage locker in the garage is a great perk (as is the garage).
We had a great time here. Marcy was amazing to work with and responded very quickly! The condo was well stocked and clean. The only thing I would suggest is looking at the master bed...it creaks every time you move and I think the coffee maker was broken. A Keurig would be a great addition! Thanks for a great stay!!
The property was in a very great location —short walk to quicksilver lift and free tram to other lifts. Garage was easy and convenient by keeping our vehicle snow free! Layout and space of condo easily accommodated our family including teen aged kids. Kitchen is well stocked for eating and cooking.

Snowdrop condo
Very comfortable condo with 10 minute walk to the slopes and town. It is well stocked with cooking needs and toiletries. We have rented many places that don't provide much at all. Had a wonderful time!
We had a great time at the condo. We spent a lot of time cooking and hanging out, and this condo has a great kitchen/dining/living room area. Lots of light, high ceilings, and nice view. The condo was very clean and lots of bedding/blankets. The location was perfect for a quick walk into town, and for quick access to the mtb trails at Carter Park and Ice Rink trailheads. thanks for a great stay!
This condo was located conveniently to everything! Easy walk to Main St. Cozy to come back to after a day on the slopes. We were hoping to use the pool but with Covid and the sign up process, it filled up so fast. Maybe next time!

Great place to stay!
We had a great time in Breckenridge and the condo had everything we needed! Plenty of room for the five of us and very comfy. The only drawback was our car being vandalized our first night there. We got in late so we didn't park in the garage and someone threw a boulder through our rental car window. So park in the garage no matter what time you get in!!
Took us a bit to confirm the apartment number as it wasn’t listed anywhere that I could find in the description or the check-in email we received. Only knew it based on the parking spot number. The “Snowdrop” name of the condo was also nowhere to be found in the description but it’s shown in one photo. The place is right next to the brown line which makes it an easy 15-20 minute ride to peak 9 quicksilver loft, gondola is a few more stops down. Make sure you take the north bound line at base 9 bus pick location to go to the ski resort and get off at mill run (South bound brown line). Kitchen was well stocked with spices for cooking. Swimming pool was a bit of a walk, but nice to have. There instructions were not the best to get there, but you can find it by looking at a map on your phone. There seems to be some mold growing in the bathroom upstairs in the shower mat and in the corner grouting. We had our 19-month old stay with us in the larger room and sleep on the Murphy bed. The thermostat needs to be recalibrated. If you set it on 65-F it jumps anywhere from 60-75 degrees, which makes it difficult to keep your toddler sleeping with such a huge fluctuation. Overall decent place.
My only suggestion would be to make sure you have a parking pass for the outside parking unless you drive a really compact car. I did manage to get a full sized F150 truck parked, BUT, due to the parking space right by the garage door, it took me ten minutes of very careful maneuvering along with a lot of sweat and watching the automatic door close five times to get it out!! Other than that, the place was virtually perfect
We stayed here for a spring break trip. Wonderful location and had all the amenities we needed. Spacious and very functional for what 3-50 something ladies required. Only reason I rate the condo 4 stars is it could use a good deep cleaning. The carpet especially. Didn't want to walk on it barefoot. But I'm sure it's hard to keep clean with so much dirty snow traffic. And I had slippers to walk around in anyway. Also, the upstairs bathroom light worked on and off. It didn't work at all the first day until messed with trying to replace bulb. Then it worked better after. So must have a short in it. The intake cover for both bathroom fans needs cleaning. Also, the front door push code lock is finicky. Sometimes it worked the first time entering the code and other times it took 2-3 tries. The pool/hot tubs were very nice. Hot and very large. Overall I would stay here again as none of the negative things were bad enough to keep us away. Thank you Marcy for helping us to have a wonderful time in Breckenridge.

Very comfortable condo within walking distance of the lifts
We have stayed here for three years during the ski season and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location. The condo is well appointed with a nice gas fireplace which makes evening's watching TV or reading very enjoyable. The condo is warm and has all the ammenities you would want. The kitchen has all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils if you wish to prepare your meals, If you choose to go out all of the Breckenridge restaurants in the town are within a very enjoyable walk.
The views of Peak 9 and 8 are great to have in the morning as the sun hits the peaks or at night watching the lights of the groomers moving down the mountain.
The base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift is a short walk from the condo, or if you wish the free bus stop is across the street and will take you to the base of Peak 9 or the Gondola.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and a Murphy bed. Both bedrooms are downstairs and makes it nice as the beds are away from the living area.
There is an indoor heated garage as well as ski and equipment locked closet in the garage to keep the skis and equipment from getting in the way. Also nice to not have to scrape the windshield and get into a car that isn't freezing cold.
Working with Marcy (owner) was also one of the highlights, she was alway prompted in getting back to us as we scheduled our time and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved our stay and have many fond memories of our time in the condo. We highly recommend this for a couple or family to enjoy Breckenridge ....

Worked perfectly for weekend ski getaway
The condo worked out perfectly for what we needed: room for 4 guys, close to skiing, covered parking, and close to town. The condo has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a very large king and also a murphy bed queen). This worked out well for our group as three guys could have three beds. The fourth slept on the pull out bed on the 2nd floor in the family room. Beds were comfortable and all sheets/linens/blankets were included (as well as extras in the closet). Hot water was plentiful each morning and evening for everyone and the kitchen had all the necessary items if we wanted to cook (we did not). The underground parking was key and the storage lockers available helped with our ski stuff.
The location is within a 10/15 minute walk to downtown main street which was extremely helpful, but to be honest we usually just drove the 5 mins and found parking plentiful. There is a gas station less than a 5 minute walk from the condo that has the bare necessities which is always nice to have in case you need water, milk, beer, etc.
The hot tub/pool complex is a short 3 minute walk in the snow from the unit and the check-in was smooth and easy as well. There are 4 total hot tubs, each hold approx 6-8 folks...two inside and two outside. Very nice to have after a long day of skiing. Also allowed BYOB.
Check-in and check-out was easy, only issue was with all beds being used we had to do 3 loads of laundry before leaving so keep that in mind when checking out.
This worked out great for our group, but anything over 4 people would be a tight squeeze, unless folks don't mind sharing beds. I would repeat again if in the area.

About the host
Hosted by Marcy
Marcy and Mark Vigren are the proud and active parents of 3 girls and a boy (and two doggie boys). They have lived in numerous parts of the country ... Colorado being one of their favorites. Currently, they are living in the Indianapolis area. They bought this condo in Breckenridge as a retreat in the mountains that they can share with others.
Why they chose this property
The Vigrens fell in love with Breckenridge the first time they visited it. The historic town is so charming and you can't beat the skiing and summer activities. This condo is nicely located in that it is close to the slopes AND the town. Everytime they visit, they wish they could stay, forever.
What makes this property unique
This condo is stocked with games, sleds, lockers for skis, and lots of charm. There is so much outdoorsy stuff to do in Breckenridge. Winter activities include: skiing (of course), sledding, walking around town, snowmobiling, visiting a gold mine, or snow tubing in nearby Keystone. Summer activities include: hiking, biking, alpine sliding on Peak 8, bungie tramping, ziplining, walking around town, or visiting a gold mine.
