A very enjoyable stay. Shower head’s in bathroom are very low could do with being updated and maybe ensure apartment has been ‘aired’ before client arrives as we found a very stuffy odor on arrival.

Well Stocked and Great Location

This space was setup well for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked, the patio was nice, and the living area was comfortable. It was also within walking distance of town.

Convenient Location, Close to Town!

Close enough to town to walk, very convenient! Great pool & hot tub area are just a short walk away. Condo is very clean and has a nice balcony space.

Lovely Breck Retreat

Great location and spacious. Only reason 4 stars was the underground parking was a bit tight for my suv. Communication was quick and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Breckenridge weekend

Property was as advertised. Would stay again.Free shuttle stop right in front of condo that takes you everywhere in Breckenridge. Short walk to restaurants and bars. 4 community Hot Tubs with indoor changing area and locker room was nice amenity.

Great spot!

We had a great stay - location was perfect. You can walk very easily to the downtown area and there is a nice pool with amazing hot tubs on the property. The check in process and trash disposal was a little confusing but Marcia was very responsive so we didn’t run into any issues. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The best location

Having the ability to walk a short 5-10 minutes to the base of Peak 9, underground parking, access to a ski locker at ground level, and a great hot tub/pool complex is unbeatable. We had everything we needed in the condo- plenty of towels, all kitchen tools (including a crockpot), easy to adjust temperature, and very comfortable beds. The host was extremely kind and helpful with check in and out. We would gladly go back!

Great week!

We had a wonderful week's stay just after New Years. The condo was spacious and nice and warm, especially during some single-digit temperatures. It's an easy walk to Peak 9 and town, and the storage locker in the garage is a great perk (as is the garage).

Fine for small family

Location is great, check-in process a breeze. Master bedroom with Murphy bed is great for small family. Property is in need of some TLC from owner and property management. Owner was very nice and responsive.
