Check-In & Check-Out Procedures
• Check-In Time: From 16:00. Early check-in may be possible for an additional fee or by reserving the night before.
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM. Late check-outs depend on availability and may incur additional fees.
• ID Required: All guests must present valid photo ID matching the booking name (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
• Contact Info: Emergency contact information must be provided upon arrival.
Luggage Storage
• Guests arriving before check-in time or leaving after check-out are welcome to store luggage free of charge at the head office at 168 Granby Place (for up to 12 hours). Storage beyond 12 hours is available at €10 per day.
House Rules and Policies
• Cleanliness: Guests must maintain the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Damages or issues should be reported promptly.
• Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units. A fine of €200 applies for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings or noise disturbances will result in a €200 fine and potential removal from the premises without refund.
• Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will be required.
• Lost Keys: A €200 fee applies for lost or unreturned keys.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must follow disposal instructions using designated bins (recycling, glass, general waste, etc.), as outlined in the apartment information packet.
• Energy Use: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and practice eco-friendly habits.
Damage & Liability
• Definition of Damage: Includes physical damage, appliance misuse, stains, wall scuffs, water damage, pet-related damage, mould, or unauthorized alterations.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for the cost of repairs and loss of income due to unavailability of the apartment caused by such damages.
• Reporting: All damages—accidental or otherwise—must be reported immediately via email.
• Bedding Damage: Guests will be charged for any soiling or damage to mattresses, pillows, or bedding.
• Parking Liability: Vehicle damage or theft in nearby parking facilities is not the responsibility of the accommodation provider.
Apartment Access
• Staff Entry: Maintenance or housekeeping staff may enter as needed for repairs or inspections. Notice will be given when possible.
• Emergency Entry: Staff may enter without prior notice in emergencies, or in cases involving welfare concerns or suspected policy violations.
• Pets (When Approved): Guests with approved pets must cooperate with scheduled services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance) and may be asked to remove pets temporarily.
