A modern clean secure apartment located right in the city center. O'Connell Street, The Spire & shopping right on your doorstep. Temple Bar, the GPO, Croke Park, 3 Arena & whole of the city a short walk away. Connolly train station and Busaras bus station with a couple of minutes walk. You couldn't want to be more central!

Trams & buses (incl Airport link) stop right by the apartment, & its just behind a supermarket (open til late). The block features an elevator & secure entrance.

The apartment has recently been repainted and redecorated.

A large modern 2 bedroom apartment featuring fantastic modern light and in a perfect city centre location.

There is a big living/dining room area with a large flat screen tv and comfortable seating. 2 large full width windows offer views across the city. Fantastic for people watching and natural light

The kitchen features all mod cons including Oven, Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine.

1 bedroom is a large double, the other is a comfortable size with a bed that can be single or double depending on requirements. Both feature plenty of storage space.

We also have a large very comfortable deluxe airbed that can be setup for extra guests if you wish.

The apartment also features a large main bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Perfect Oasis

This modern and comfortable apartment is positioned well with Dublin’s attractions. It’s located off of busy streets and easy and convenient to find. The apartment is very modern with a great shower and all kitchen amenities you may need. I highly recommend this property.

Good location, great host

Our party of 4 adults and 2 kids wanted to stay near the main sites but without the crowd. Niall was very responsive to any questions we had. Inside: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are decent in size. Bathroom is big enough surprisingly for Europe. The bathtub is high and the half glass door keeps opening so water leaks out of tub. There is enough kitchen necessities take make meals. The washer/dryer was good addition so we can do laundry daily for our family. The couch turns into a bed, Niall added a padding so it was nice for my son. We had an infant so the highchair and crib was provided free of charge. The neighbors are very quiet and keep to themselves. No AC in apartment, just small fans. Outside: Close to O'Connell st and Parnell st, around 10 mins walk. Many markets near by for items. Coffee shops are also plentiful but nothing worth writing home about. There are a few homeless in the area outside the complex so they get quite loud some nights. We saw men urinated against the entry gate in broad daylight. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment for 6 of us. Good location to walk everywhere but away from the tourists.

Good property for the cost.

We stayed here with our family of 5 adults mid July. The property itself is nice enough. It is comfortable enough and clean. The shower does leak and we worried about the wetness on the floor. We chose the property initially due to the windows and the view! It does have a lovely view in the opposite direction than we expected. We thought it would be wonderful to watch the busy street below. We were initially concerned about the neighborhood however once we became accustomed to it, it was great. There are two very close grocery stores and a pizza place that was wonderful. Temple Bar is a bit too far to walk to. Parking is only available at a parking garage about 3 blocks away.
