Guest left apartment with almost every dish dirty and not even cleaning food off the plates, fruit flies everywhere. Guest asked to stay extra night, and cancelled after 4pm, he said he would pay an inconvenience amount, and never came through after several reminders. He was a nice enough guy, but needs some cleanliness 101.
