Host profile image
We’re Trevor and KaySea, a couple with a shared love of the outdoors, hospitality, and creating unforgettable spaces where others can experience the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Our journey into hosting and building dream retreats started much like yours might: with a love for travel and a deep appreciation for the connection that happens when you find the right place to stay. We both grew up in Oregon, surrounded by mountains, lakes, and forests, and have always felt at home in the outdoors. That sense of adventure and our roots in this beautiful corner of the world inspired us to design something we could share.
Trevor has spent years in the trades, building, crafting, and managing complex projects with care and precision, skills that shine through in the details of every property we create. He’s hands-on, passionate about quality, and loves bringing ideas to life from the ground up.
KaySea brings creativity, vision, and a knack for making people feel at home. With a background in business leadership and hospitality, she ensures every space feels thoughtful, welcoming, and beautiful, down to the smallest detail. She’s the heart behind our guest experience, making sure every stay feels personal and memorable.
Together, we’re a team that balances each other’s strengths and shares one goal: to help people slow down, connect with the people they care about, and enjoy moments that stay with you long after you leave.
When we’re not working on the next project, we’re usually outdoors with Buddy, exploring trails, camping, soaking up the sunrises and sunsets or gathering with friends and family. We believe in living adventurously, and intentionally. We hope you feel a little of that when you stay at one of our properties.
Thank you for letting us share what we love with you. We’re excited to host you and help you experience all the magic this area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

When we set out to build this A-frame, our vision was clear: to create more than just a place to stay, a retreat where families and friends could truly connect, surrounded by the beauty of Oregon’s outdoors.
We chose this property for its one-of-a-kind setting, perched high above the valley with breathtaking 360° views of the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic landscapes. From sunrise to sunset, the vistas are spectacular. Upper Klamath and Agency Lakes glimmer below, while peaks like Mount McLoughlin, Pelican Butte, Mount Mazama (Crater Lake’s volcano), and countless others rise all around. We fell in love with this vantage point, where the skies feel bigger, the air fresher, and the quiet of nature surrounds you.
We designed the A-frame to celebrate this setting. With wall-to-wall windows, an open-concept layout, and a 1,000 sq ft deck, the home invites you to soak in the views from every corner, whether enjoying coffee at sunrise, stargazing through the telescope, or relaxing in the 7-person hot tub under the stars.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully appointed to feel spacious yet inviting, modern yet warm. A place to gather at the dining table, play pool in the game room, watch a movie in the theatre, or retreat to the loft for a quiet moment. Every detail like Egyptian cotton sheets to countless amenities and the glass loft railing, was chosen to make your stay memorable.
What makes this property truly special is its balance of adventure and relaxation. It’s a basecamp for world-class fly fishing, kayaking, hiking, skiing, and waterfalls, yet also a quiet escape to watch wildlife, hear the wind through the trees, and reconnect with what matters.
This place reflects everything we love about Oregon, its beauty, its adventure, and its ability to bring people together. We’re proud to share it with you and hope you make as many unforgettable memories here as we have building it.
