Furniture and decor were crazy cute, very up to date; looked newly renovated. Kitchen was complete with everything you might want. We noticed a leak in the ac unit in the kitchen area, reported it and they had a workman out the next morning. It was a bit further away from the UT campus than we had thought though.

Clean, well-appointed, well-maintained, comfortable. Good central location--seems like nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Check-in and out were easy and communication was great.Family of three spent a week here while visiting family. Our 12-yr old was comfortable on the fold-out.The couple of issues (absolutely not under the owners' control) were addressed quickly and appropriately.We would absolutely stay here again.
