Very Private 2-bedroom Oasis - walk to bike trail and Great Pond
Tucked into one of Eastham’s most coveted enclaves, this exquisitely reimagined two‑bedroom retreat blends coastal sophistication with the quiet luxury of thoughtful design. For the 2026 season, each bedroom is graced with a sumptuous king bed, dressed in high‑end linens and curated for restorative sleep. Beginning in 2027, the second bedroom will transform to feature a queen and twin configuration, offering enhanced comfort for families without compromising elegance.
Beyond its doors, the home opens to a private, fully fenced sanctuary—a serene outdoor haven complete with a sun‑washed patio, loungers for lingering afternoons, an invigorating outdoor shower, a Weber grill for alfresco feasts, and a fire pit that invites conversation long after sunset.
Inside, every detail has been elevated. Newly installed luxury mattresses, refined textures, and a palette inspired by the Cape’s natural beauty create an atmosphere of effortless indulgence. The chef’s kitchen is a standout, outfitted with All‑Clad cookware, premium appliances, and a trio of coffee options—Keurig, drip, and French press—ensuring your morning ritual is as exceptional as your stay.
Beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, and covered storage for two bikes are provided, making exploration seamless. And explore you will: a three‑minute stroll down a quiet path leads to the shimmering waters of Great Pond or the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail. The Bayside and Ocean beaches, each less than two miles away, offer endless opportunities for sun, surf, and salt‑kissed memories.
From bike rides to Arnold’s to whale watching, fishing excursions, mini golf, and classic Cape evenings at the local movie theater, the best of Eastham and the Outer Cape unfolds effortlessly around you.
This is more than a vacation home—it’s a refined coastal escape where luxury meets laid‑back charm, and every moment feels beautifully considered.

Everything was so pristine and elegant! The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and appliances. There were many thoughtful, classy touches (decorative paper napkins, a multi-prong charging cable, lucite glassware for the hot tub, salt/pepper grinder, EVOO, a small bottle of prosecco at the entryway table, bathrobes, a bicycle cover, a bag of ice in the freezer, fire starter for the firepit, etc.) The fenced-in yard was a private, well-designed oasis, with ambient solar-powered lighting. Communication with the hostess (Sherry) was very smooth; she responded to text messages within seconds. Definitely planning to return next year!
