Awesome location and very clean unit with all the essentials. Can't beat the location if you want to be within walking distance of everything. It's great to be on the 3rd floor with quick access to the boardwalk and beach but separation from most of the noise (especially in the bedroom on the back side of the unit). Everything felt new in the unit itself. We'll definitely be back - this was a great stay with a perfect host!

This property is located on the beach. Balcony is a plus. In addition, it is very clean with modern appliances. The owner is very nice and will respond to any communications you may send. As an FYI the thermostat is preset and locked at 68 degrees for air conditioning (AC); therefore, you cannot reduce the AC temperature lower than 68 degrees. This may be problematic when the weather is 75 degrees and higher, especially during the summer months. During my stay, 2 days were in the 80s and bedroom remained warm and stuffy. However, a fan would have helped.
