Freshly renovated and full of charm, this contemporary brick home is just a few minutes from the University of Georgia and downtown Athens. 2.2 mi to Sanford Stadium, 2.4 to downtown Athens, and 2.8 mi. to Athens Ben Epps Airport. The Firefly Trail is less than a mile away. You can bring your bicycles or walk the trail if you choose. We have 2 Smart TVs that have many viewing options included. There is a queen bed in each of two of the bedrooms and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has new mattresses and decor. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or enjoy takeout. There is a Keurig and a full size coffee pot.
Enjoy a big fenced in yard with a basketball hoop, porch swing, and covered patio—perfect for families. Also includes carport with ample parking. Whether you’re here for game day, a concert, wedding or to relax, comfort and convenience await just minutes from it all.

Cozy Dawg Retreat was the perfect location for us to visit family nearby, meet the new baby, and attend our Niece's awesome Wedding.The Cozy Dawg Retreat is really well done. It's also incredibly comfortable. It has all of the necessities any visitor could need and so many extra cool things like tech, kitchen stuff, laundry, toiletries, cloudlike beds, and a huge dining table where we were able to spend more time with family playing some of our old favorite games and catching up after years apart.The hospitality we experienced from our Host was top-notch. Excellent communicator and a person of great integrity.We would highly recommend Cozy Dawg Retreat for anyone looking to stay in the Athens area. You will be glad you did.
