We had a total of nine people so we rented two condos. Both had nice amenities and were clean. However, I was assured that the condos were in buildings that were side by side. In reality, the two condos were in different complexes about 1.5 miles apart. We made it work and had fun. However if keeping your group closer together is important to you, then you should be sure to follow up with the property managers to ensure they are found what was asked.

This was a fantastic property for our generational family vacation. Here are some details we didn’t find in the listing. This listing includes 2 units about 250 feet apart and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a flight of stairs at the entrance of each unit. One unit is 2 bedroom with a queen size air mattress that places easily in the living room. The second unit is 3 bedrooms with 1 of those being a loft. There is a sofa bed as well. 2 units meant 2 kitchens which is very helpful for a large family. There are 3 pools and sport courts along with grills and picnic tables throughout the property. We had an awesome stay!
